Lovely Hotel, Staff really helpful views from bedrooms on seaside beautiful .Location is quiet the only drawback if your not fully mobile is that it's on the top of a hill.Taxis always available.

After visiting Benidorm in a previous year stumbled upon this beautiful hotel in old town Benidorm. We liked it that much we booked it again for my partners 50th birthday this October. The staff, the atmosphere and the location were perfect. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and we were treated extremely well. The rooms were much smaller than anticipated and we did ask in advance for balcony room, which sadly was not available. Breakfast was beautifully presented and in a fantastic location overlooking Levante Beach on the terrace. On Lisa’s actual birthday, we had a surprise bottle of bubbles and chocolates left in our room. The breakfast staff were all very pleasant and even accommodated us for a reserved table for my partners champagne breakfast that I had planned for her. Overall, the hotel was amazing. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the experience was very enjoyable.. Many thanks to everyone. Rob and Lisa

Currently staying at Canfali and can honestly say already that I’ll be back. The hotel ticks all the boxes for me. Rooms clean,staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast exceptional,not to mention the view while you’re eating it. Lovely location also. Excellent.

We stopped for lunch one day and the experience was so positive, we returned 2 days later for the night. Undoubtedly, meeting Marcelo in the restaurant made a huge difference to the whole experience and his level of service was way above our expectations in Benidorm! He made us comfortable, made us laugh and made it a great experience! Hotel room with balcony was lovely and the hotel was quiet with small roof top area. Location, views, service, food, all excellent!

My partner and I spent the weekend there; Willi and Marcos, the receptionists, are very friendly and helpful. Don't miss them, as there are few people like them! The bed in room 105 on the first floor could use a new mattress, but otherwise, it was very good.

Visited the hotel as a half board guest for the second time and had another outstanding time. I didn't think the trip could be any better than my last, but the care and consideration for our enjoyment went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. As ever, the food was exquisite...exciting, excellent quality and flavourful... but the service? Exceptional. Thank you Marcos for your tips on places to visit, Carlos, Lorenzo and the team for beautiful dinners filled with laughter, and Tati for being wonderful at breakfast and allowing me to practice my Spanish :) An extra special thank you to the ever wonderful Marcelo (and his maracas) who made my birthday, so special. You exude warmth, hospitality and tu corazón es tan hermoso como eres guapo! Muchas gracias a todo el maravilloso equipo.

We spent one night on a full-board basis, and it was extraordinary. The à la carte restaurant didn't offer all the dishes from the Dvora restaurant, but many were included, and the food was spectacular. We ordered an experience for €25 in addition to the full board, which included chocolates, fruit, cava (brought to your room), and two delicious cocktails to enjoy in the restaurant. It's a small hotel with a terrace offering wonderful views. The service is very friendly and professional. Parking is limited, and driving in isn't recommended due to the crowds, but there is a parking garage a 6-minute walk away. We loved it.
