I had a very disappointing experience at the Girona store today. The worker ironing on the ground floor seemed annoyed by the mere fact that I was looking at the shirts on display, making me feel unwelcome. Customers should never feel like they are a nuisance for showing interest in the products — it is our purchases that keep the store open and pay the staff’s salaries. Basic politeness and respect are the least that should be expected in a store like Massimo Dutti.

I went there to buy clothes yesterday, and when I asked the sales assistant to find my size, she seemed very impatient and arrogant, looking down on me.
