Beautiful and well-maintained house in the middle of the countryside. Very peaceful and quiet. Julien and Céline are wonderful hosts, very kind and attentive. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The food is delicious, both the breakfast prepared by them and the dinner prepared by a chef. There are several beautiful and easy hiking trails, and their dog Zag will probably accompany you on your walk.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The property offers a peaceful and distinctive living experience in a beautiful setting. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the home itself was full of character. The three-course dinner prepared on-site was exceptional and certainly one of the highlights of the stay. There were, however, a few minor points worth noting. Certain offerings that appeared to be gestures of hospitality were later reflected as additional charges. This may have been a simple miscommunication, though I had inquired at the time whether these items were included in the stay. While this left a slightly mixed impression at checkout, the overall pricing—though on the higher side given the remote location—felt reasonable and in line with the experience. Prior to arrival, guests are asked whether they are interested in participating in certain activities. I expressed interest but unfortunately did not receive a follow-up, which left some uncertainty about the process. Lastly, I did experience a few insect bites despite taking precautions, which I understand can be common shortly after rainfall. This did not detract from my overall enjoyment but may be useful for future guests to keep in mind.

A true slice of paradise! The setting is magnificent, with incredible views from every vantage point in the farmhouse. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. And the meals live up to the setting, from the varied and delicious homemade breakfasts to the dinners prepared by the chef in the evening. A complete escape is guaranteed; we highly recommend it, and we'll be back!
