Senator Granada Spa Hotel

It's very nice. The rooms are good. The bathroom is large with a bidet and bathtub. The hotel is in a great location. The only thing to keep in mind is the road signs because cars can't go down all the streets and you'll get a ticket. The spa is wonderful with different pools and saunas. It's a shame there were no appointments available for massages; I'll book one in advance on my next visit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, which I appreciated. And pets are allowed. There's a large playground for children and a long, shady promenade with trees. It was fantastic; I had a great time and will definitely be back.

The hotel and service were fantastic. I had a communication problem with the reservations center and they resolved it in less than a minute.

The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel's location is super quiet, with no noise. The facilities are a bit old-fashioned in my opinion, although it's not that old (2008).

The hotel itself is good. Quiet, comfortable, REALLY nice bath. It's quite basic, but that's no problem if you just want a nice bed and air-conditioned space to sleep. The staff were what really impressed me though. Very friendly overall and then, when we checked out, we realized we had forgotten some jewelry in our room. I thought for sure it'd be gone forever, but the staff responded quickly to our WhatsApp messages and said they had found the jewelry. They helped us coordinate for them to be picked up by a courier service (we had already left the city). I was very impressed by this. THANK YOU!

Its spa is one of the best. Quiet rooms and easy access by car from the highway. Surrounded by typical Granada bars.
