The Ibiza Twiins

We've just returned from our holiday at the Hotel Ibiza Twiins. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff and can highly recommend it. Stefano, Balazs, and Miriam at reception were exceptionally friendly and attentive and catered to all our needs. The team at the pool bar was also always helpful, cheerful, and courteous. We hope to return soon, as we had a wonderful time at this hotel.

Had a super stay with all-inclusive, the food was great and special attention to the staff who are always friendly and helpful worth repeating

Excellent staff and food. The customer service was exceptionally helpful (Ms. Dennise). The room was spacious. The all-inclusive package was well worth it.

The cleaning was very poor and the staff very unfriendly, at 12 we had to leave the rooms, at 12:20 we were still in the room late trying to close the bags, I was completely naked and suddenly I found a man in the room telling me to go out, I understood that I was late but where is the privacy? After that a blonde girl at the reception gave me the middle finger insulting me in Spanish. Terrible.

Loved this Hotel, it was by far the best one my husband and I recently stayed at. We stayed in three different hotels around the island and this one exceeded the others. We were met by Dennise at check in and she was so pleasant and made us feel very welcome from the start. We upgraded to All Inclusive and Im so glad we did cause the variety of food fir breakfast, lunch and dinner was top class. The service of all the staff was great and they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is very spacious with lots of different areas to either, chill and relax or be in the mix with everyone. Love the healthy smoothie bar. They had great entertainment on each night we were there and the shows were all of high standard and definitely got us up to dancing. The bedrooms are all lovely with a balcony, however we had a corner room which unfortunately had less wardrobe space than the other rooms but thats the only downfall I have. Location is great, and a short walk along the beach into the Old Town. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank you Dennise for making our holiday memorable at your hotel.
