Hotel Silken Saaj Las Palmas
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and excellent location close to the beach and city center, with some highlighting the good breakfast and rooftop views. However, some guests have complained about noise from nearby construction and busy roads, while others found standard rooms to be small, dark, and lacking a view.

A few days ago, we celebrated my sister's bachelorette party at TAJ Rooftop & Lounge in the Silken SAAJ Las Palmas Hotel. It was a special day that we were able to share with the women in our family. The venue is spectacular, with breathtaking views. The service throughout the event was wonderful, from the attentive waiters and waitresses to the DJ, who ensured everyone had a fantastic time. The food was delicious! I want to give a special mention to Claudia, who was responsible for making sure the event ran perfectly. She was very attentive, patient, and a true professional. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for everything.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. We booked a set menu because there were so many of us, and it was a great choice: delicious food, excellent service, and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. We all left delighted. I'll definitely be back.
I stayed at this four-star hotel last month, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The staff was distant and serious, not really friendly. My room was very noisy, due to both the road and a school across the street. The atmosphere in the room was also stuffy, not luxurious as you would expect from a four-star hotel. Additionally, I had to pay extra for a simple breakfast, which really wasn't worth the price. All in all, a disappointing experience.
Music blasting late at night, people screaming like animals, I came here to rest, not to party
We were at a very important conference yesterday. The event was organized well in advance; however, we paid for a standard room with a view and were given rooms with single beds, extremely small for many of the other guests. Regarding the event itself, there were many problems. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and they hadn't considered installing air conditioning in the room, where more than forty people were gathered. When we finally managed to get it working, everyone was freezing. It was a scientific event with speakers who didn't even have water bottles. We regularly organize events throughout Spain, and this has never happened to us before, especially since the person in charge of these arrangements was so unresponsive to any problems or suggestions we might have had. For the total cost, I found it excessive, and the quality of this hotel's services was very, very low.
We organized a professional conference at this hotel, and the experience was, frankly, disappointing from beginning to end. The assigned rooms were extremely small, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning didn't work properly—unacceptable considering the dates and the price we paid. The event organization was also subpar: the event manager barely attended to our needs, and the constant feeling was one of disinterest and a lack of professionalism. The treatment we received from several staff members was unfriendly and even rude at times. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was very unreliable, causing problems for both our team and the conference attendees. To top it all off, the coffee machine stopped working during the event, affecting the service we provided to our clients and further contributing to an unprofessional image. After the investment we made and the trust we placed in the hotel, we felt cheated and deeply disappointed. This experience negatively impacted the success of our event and our image with our attendees. Definitely, never again. We will not hold any more events here, nor will we recommend it for professional activities.
We were on the rooftop, the wine was spectacular, and the porcini mushroom croquettes and prawn twisters are highly recommended! Delicious! Special mention to Natali and Miriam for their hospitality; they made us feel right at home.
