A very welcoming hotel, with friendly, family-run service and incredibly kind and welcoming staff. The breakfasts were fantastic and delicious. I will definitely be back.

We spent eight days in May and it was a fantastic experience in every way, starting with the magic of the Vegueta neighborhood, the island itself, and continuing with this beautiful, stately, and well-maintained hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Miriam, who greeted us on the first day and gave us a lot of guidance. Lucia, Gerardo, and the other two employees (please excuse me for not remembering their names) were all very kind and efficient. The island is gorgeous, and staying in a place like this was a true luxury. The room with its Canarian balcony was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had every detail thought of. The breakfasts were wonderful (the homemade pastries were fabulous) and relaxing in the beautifully maintained courtyard with its fountain and plants—a real boost of positive energy. And there are so many other things to mention, like the terrace, the complimentary tickets to the Canarian Museum for stays of more than three nights (very interesting and highly recommended), the artwork decorating the hotel, the books available, and so much more. We were delighted with our stay. Looking forward to returning, and it will certainly be here. Many thanks, Manuel and Concha.

An elegant, well-maintained, and intimate property in a historic residence in the heart of Vegueta, Las Palmas. We had Superior Suite 3, a two-room suite, truly spacious and located on the quieter side. The staff is incredibly friendly: always smiling, always ready to suggest destinations or restaurants, and always attentive to our needs: we felt truly at home. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied, offering both sweet and savory options. If you rent a car (highly recommended for exploring the island independently), the hotel offers parking in a parking garage a few meters away; reservations are required. The hotel's location is very strategic, both for exploring Vegueta on foot and for driving to other destinations (all points of interest, both beaches and inland, are between 30 and 60 minutes away by car).

What a wonderful boutique hotel! Filled with artwork, with exquisite decor, right next to the Santa Ana Cathedral, and with beautiful views from the terrace. The staff is incredibly friendly—Lucía, Alejandra, and Miriam recommended the best places to visit on the island, from local restaurants to charming villages and off-the-beaten-path routes. We traveled with my dog, Gordito, and they made everything so easy: they took Gordito's food order days before our arrival, reserved a huge and super comfortable suite for us next to the elevator (which made it incredibly easy to get in and out of the hotel with his stroller), and every morning they had a special table set up for us at breakfast so Gordito could join us. Staying here as a family was a fantastic decision; we enjoyed it immensely. We can't wait to go back!
