The Moon Tropical

The experience at The Moon Tropical was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 10:00 PM, right when the venue was supposed to open, and simply asked politely if they were already serving and what their exact opening time was. The security staff's response was completely inappropriate: in a mocking and contemptuous tone, they literally told us that we were "desperate to get in." This was not only a total lack of professionalism but also a direct lack of respect towards people who, moreover, were regular customers. Controlling access is one thing, but treating people with arrogance and an air of superiority from the doorway is quite another. The most ironic thing is that a business that relies on its customers ends up turning them away even before they enter. If asking about opening hours is such a nuisance, perhaps the problem isn't the customer. After such unpleasant and unprofessional treatment, I honestly don't think we'll be returning.

I really like this place. I especially appreciate the music and the excellent service from most of the staff. It's a shame I can't say the same about the entire team. Yhonde lacked the empathy one should have with a customer (I'm in the hospitality industry). I think customer service skills should be evaluated more carefully when hiring staff to serve diverse clientele.

Terrible service from the doormen. First, they denied us entry, then they criticized our clothing as if we were criminals. They asked two of us for ID simply because we weren't "frequent customers," and to top it all off, they made me remove my glasses from my cap because it wasn't allowed. I've been there a few times, and the attitude and behavior of the security and doormen is appalling.

A great place to enjoy karaoke downstairs; it gets really fun. It's much better than upstairs, which is packed and you can't even walk around.

The security is extremely unfriendly they look down at you because you don’t speak Spanish. Inside staff is rude and they act like they’re very important 🤣🤣🤣 it was really funny to see how arrogant they are. We left and I was happy that they didn’t got any of our money

Terrible service! They threw away a glass I had just bought! The waiters were awful!
