Nice modern hotel in the center of Madrid. We paid extra for a room with a balcony on the 8th floor. Fantastic views of the city. Lovely clean well presented rooms with very comfortable beds. Reception very accommodating and helpfull.

Excellent city hotel in a superb location, great breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace with its lively atmosphere and pool is a real bonus, especially during the heatwave. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are very small, and the shower is in the room, which isn't very practical in terms of either convenience or privacy. The air conditioning is difficult to regulate; it's constantly switching between hot and cold... never the right temperature. The breakfast is average, and the products aren't high quality. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very well located. There's a metro station nearby, and many attractions are within walking distance.

The location is definitely the highlight! It’s perfect, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit small wh limited space for large luggage, but they’re ideal for a short stay. The rooftop pool is a nice extra for relaxing after a day out.

Beautiful hotel with a superb interior garden and a lovely rooftop terrace with a pool. However, the rooms are tiny and the reception staff can be a bit unfriendly. Good, varied breakfast.

We had a great stay at Akeah. We loved the location, we walked everywhere through Madrid, only took the metro to go grom the airport to the Hotel and to take the train at the Atocha station - and there’s a metro station across the street from the hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly, breakfast was great. The hotel’s very clean and well decorated, the rooftop has beautiful panoramic views of the city and the sunsets are definitely worth watching. We would highly recommend and would stay there again, the only issue we had was with the room size - which is quite small. We missed more room to place our clothes. Aside from that, excellent stay!
