Madrid Gay Pride / Orgullo 2026

Madrid Gay Pride (Orgullo) is Europe's biggest LGBTQ+ festival. One of the world's largest, it takes over the Spanish capital for ten days every summer. There are concerts, parties, cultural events, and the parade through Chueca.

The Parade on Saturday brings over 1.5 million people to Chueca and nearby areas. It's a human river, flowing through the city's gay heart for hours. The week before the parade includes the WE Party circuit events at IFEMA exhibition center, the Noche de los Maletines (Briefcases Night) outdoor drag show, and free outdoor concerts at the Templo de Debod. Chueca's hundreds of bars and clubs host dozens of themed nights.

Chueca, Madrid's gay neighborhood, becomes the center of gay life globally. Hotels book up six months out. Flights from Europe and Latin America sell out. For ten days, the whole city feels open in a way few other places do.
