Can Savella Turismo de interior

We stayed here for three nights with our two children (aged 11 and 5). The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. The cleanliness was genuinely 10/10, and we found the apartment comfortable and well-maintained. However, as a family travelling with young children, there were a few concerns. The main issue was that we could not lock the apartment door from the inside. This meant that our 5-year-old could potentially open the door and leave the apartment during the night, which was quite worrying for us as parents. For this reason, we did not feel the apartment was particularly child-friendly. We were also staying in a ground-floor apartment and found the noise levels to be quite high. We could hear virtually everything from the apartment above us, including normal day-to-day movement and activity. In addition, the entrance area and lift access for the other apartments was directly nearby, and there was a lot of noise late into the evening and at night from people coming and going. Overall, the apartment is lovely, exceptionally clean, and in a very good location. We would recommend it for couples or adults looking for a base in the area, but families with young children should be aware of the safety and noise issues we experienced during our stay.

Our stay at Can Savella Tursimo de interior – Apartment 3 was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had, and the listing is blatantly misleading. False advertising: The apartment looks nothing like the photos. Instead of bright, clean rooms, we were given a dark ground‑floor/cellar unit with a strong sewage smell. Misleading access: Taxis cannot reach the property, despite being told they could. We had to drag luggage ~500m through the old town in the heat. Check‑in disaster: The check‑in machine didn’t work, no staff were present, and we were eventually let in by a cleaner who couldn’t assist with anything. Severe hygiene issues: Cockroaches were flying next to our bed. Traps were already placed around the apartment, proving this is a known, ongoing infestation. Unacceptable environment: The windows face a street where horses pass and urinate, causing constant noise and a terrible smell. No accountability: Management offered no apology, no refund, no solution, and no alternative room — only “free cleaning,” which is absurd given the infestation. Overpriced and unsafe: For 224€ per night, this level of neglect and dishonesty is shocking. This property is not as described, not hygienic, and not worth the price. I strongly advise avoiding Can Savella Tursimo de interior, Apartment 3.

very small everything, kitchen a joke, overpriced. we had to leave after two days

All in all we enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and the location was very central so convenient. The only downside is that it is located on the horses route that rides around town for tourists therefore just outside it always stinks of urine as the horses are urinating outside on the street there. It was shame as it is a beautiful place, just a little let down by the stench.

The appliances provided are top-tier and made the stay very comfortable. The only minor detail is that the kitchen corner is a bit tight; accessing the appliances can be slightly challenging due to how close the dining table is. However, this didn't ruin the experience at all. A special thank you to Isabel, who was incredibly nice, welcoming, and keen to support us at any time. Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Palma. The style and decor are perfect! The sofa bed is a little less comfortable for children… I highly recommend it!
