Hotel with great service, good food, a prime location, a very nice room, and above all, it's pet-friendly and they let us bring our dog! We need more places like this.

Everything was great: the location, the room, the buffet, the staff... It's truly pet-friendly; you can bring two dogs with no weight limit. Unlike other hotels that only allow one dog per room. A 10 out of 10 for them!

We stayed in room 103 from June 2nd to 9th. The room was spotless, the bedding was great, it just needed a bin in the room. For me, the small bin in the bathroom wasn't sufficient. The lady who cleans this floor is fantastic, very kind and does a great job. A minor drawback was the buffet; we had half-board but the dishes were cold, otherwise breakfast was excellent. Very good location. It's a shame the balcony never gets any sun, otherwise a great find, a lovely hotel.

Everything was fine, just a lot of noise from children on the terrace and by the pool.

I only ate on the terrace, I wasn't staying there, but the experience was very positive, the food was delicious and the price was great, the location is perfect too.

We had breakfast at the cafe. The service was very good, at least the waitress we had was.

The TV is positioned away from the front of the bed, causing neck strain. The buffet is mediocre, the same thing every day. Breakfast is also the same every day; they don't change anything, not even a churro, a porra, or anything. For dessert, it's fruit and mousse every day... every single day, not even ice cream or anything else. The dining room is quite old, to say the least. In my opinion, and I know I'm not a judge, it's worth one star too many. By the way, the bath towels need replacing because they leave much to be desired, with holes everywhere! Drinks could be charged at checkout instead of daily, because forcing guests to go downstairs every day with cash to pay for drinks on the spot is a mistake. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms are swept, not vacuumed, so they're full of dust and mites! In short, a lot of negligence, yet they charge as much as a 4-star establishment, which is far from being one! I demand the IMMEDIATE removal of my personal data from this public response. Screenshots have already been taken and saved as evidence for the corresponding complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). This demonstrates that the lack of professionalism at this establishment not only affects its facilities but also its respect for the law and the privacy of its customers.

I wasn't familiar with this hotel and was a bit apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect: the service, cleanliness, buffet, the room, and the location. The only downside was the pool at the back, which was small and shady. It's a hotel I'd definitely return to. 👍

The hotel is well located, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent. Parking is €15 per day.
