A huge thank you to chefs Casto and Giovanni! Go Rome!
The guy called Alejandro gave the best customer service and experience, he should get a raise. Gunners will never be forgotten.
alejandro is the best and gave me the best customer service
We spent a few days with friends at this hotel. What stood out most was the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and offered their help with anything we might need. The facilities were excellent, the pools were spectacular, and the rooms were very comfortable. Many thanks to the manager, Beatriz, for her thoughtful touches that made us feel at home, and congratulations to her team.
I stayed at this hotel for a week with my children. It's close to the sea, but it's not very nice in this area. You have to get around, so we rented a car nearby. Getting around is easy by car, and it's 15 minutes from the center of Santo Antonio and 30 minutes from Ibiza. The rooms are a bit dated; there's a bathtub with a shower inside, not even a refrigerator to keep the water cool, and if I plug in my hair dryer, the room meter goes off. The walls are really thin, so you can hear everything from other rooms, and at night, music from the clubs downstairs. Breakfast is plentiful, with a bit of everything from sweet to savory. There are also vending machines at the entrance for water and other drinks. A can costs €3.00, and a 1.5-liter bottle costs €3.60. The entire hotel is clean and well-kept. There are also two very nice swimming pools with loungers available.
The best thing about the hotel... Practically everything. The location is near a beautiful cove, perfect for a peaceful swim. The food was very good, with just the right variety so you don't get overwhelmed. The rooms were very nice considering it's a 3-star hotel. But the best thing is the service from the staff, from reception and the restaurant to the entertainment team and waiters. We'll definitely be back.
After three nights at this hotel, all I can say is that I haven't been able to rest a single day because the cleaning ladies started very early in the morning, shouting and slamming doors. I find this incredibly unprofessional, since we're paying to be able to relax and unwind, not to be woken up constantly because these women can't speak in a reasonable tone. In short, a very bad experience, and the buffet leaves much to be desired.
