What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's great location with bay views and convenient water taxi access, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, with some mentioning specific individuals like Cesca, Javier, Amin, Nico, and José. However, a common complaint is that the hotel feels more like a 2-star than a 3-star, with some describing the food as terrible and inedible, and others noting issues with the availability of sunbeds and rude staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I would never recommend this to anyone and the reason is the staff and the manager. Our charger was damaged by a cleaner. First the receptionist called some woman who said she was the manager but she wasn't. Her name was Nuria. She was extremely rude, laughing at me and slagging me. I told her I won't talk to her with this attitude. I then went to the manager, the most rude, ignorant and hostile man I ever met. He accused me of lying and was mocking me. I told him I didn't want anything, sorry would be enough but he didn't even bother. He's attitude was shocking. It's unbelievable the man like him gets a job as a manager. Avoid at all costs. There is a lot of much better hotels around.

Jesus Christ. I've just checked in two minutes ago and the service from the lady that checked me in was that poor, I felt the need to immediately go to google to review. Not only was she violently unhelpful, but she was also so incredibly rude. I've never experienced anything like it. There was no name badge but she was young and possibly French. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Room is pretty standard with comfy beds and cleanliness isn’t an issue. Noise however is massive issue, multiple nights were found laid awake due to noise next door or 4am in the corridors, that’s being on the top floor so can’t imagine what it would be like with someone above. Food was hit and miss with breakfast being great consistently but dinner and the evening meal either being brilliant or dire, some meals you’d be pretty happy if you was in a restaurant and paid for it and some were bad even for all inclusive standard where you meal would be anything that you could imagine deep fried. The staff in my experience have all been great and can’t make any complaints on that regard. Especially the animation team and the men at the bar, they are a credit to the hotel and great at their jobs. Another big issue to note is the sun bed situation, with limited space around the pool if you aren’t queued up and half 8 in the morning for the pool to open at 9 it’s highly possible you won’t get a sunbed. We were caught out on our first day by it and found ourselves paying €10 each for a bed on the beach next to the hotel as there was nowhere available to lay in the sunlight at the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I wouldn’t be opposed to returning, I’d definitely opt for the sea view too in future if I were to come back.
