What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's convenient beach access, comfortable and spacious rooms with sea views, and the friendly and helpful staff, with special mentions for Chef Amin and Nico for entertainment. However, some guests found the all-inclusive food options to be unappealing with unusual combinations, and a few noted that rooms could be a bit noisy at night.

Tienen buena vibra!!!!!

Terrible experience and a major disappointment. The day before departure, around 1:30 p.m., I contacted the reception by phone to request two takeaway breakfasts and a taxi at 4:30 a.m., allowing more than enough time for arrangements. I was told “of course, no problem.” The taxi was indeed arranged, but the two breakfasts, already paid for, were never prepared. The request was also sent in writing, but we never received any email response, while on the phone we had been assured there would be no issues. Given that we were departing at 4:30 a.m. and that medication had to be taken with food, this was not a minor convenience but an essential service. Despite sending numerous emails of complaint, I received no response. Subsequent phone calls were also useless no real assistance was provided and it was impossible to speak with a manager or anyone in charge. We were repeatedly told to send emails, which however went unanswered. Even after submitting a formal written complaint, I never received any reply or acknowledgement. I have stayed in other hotels of the Vibra chain before and I am aware of much higher standards. In this case, I experienced poor organization, a complete lack of customer care, and a service well below expectations. A review should not be necessary to get attention, but when there is no respect and no response or assistance, it becomes the only way to report what happened. With the hope that this report will reach the senior management of the chain and be taken into consideration. I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this property.

I stayed in room 407 and, unfortunately, the experience was severely hampered by a constant, loud noise from a motor or technical system in the hotel. The noise was persistent, especially at night, making it very difficult to rest and sleep properly. The hotel's location is good and the facilities are adequate, but the noise problem in this room should be addressed urgently. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I would recommend avoiding room 407 until the problem is resolved.

6/10. The rooms are small and have only the most basic furnishings. We stayed for 5 days and breakfast was included, but I don't recommend it. It was really inadequate for the number of guests; the same thing every day and very small portions, and people were clearing everything out first thing in the morning. The sweets consisted of things like cookies, candy, and some pastries, nothing more—not the kind of food you'd find at a buffet. It's clearly geared towards foreign tourists. On our last day, they entered without knocking at 9 am when checkout is at 11 am, and they came back at 10 am. For the price, considering what else is available in Ibiza, it's not bad, but they could improve many things.
