Sirenis Seaview Country Club

We had a nice family holiday here and made some lovely memories, but unfortunately there were a few things that let the hotel down. The rooms are very outdated, and ours had a strong damp/musty smell. We asked at reception if another room was available, but were told this would only be possible at an additional cost. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We were often left with fewer towels than we needed, usually only two large towels for four people. On our final day, we also felt a bit pressured to leave before check-out time. Around an hour before check-out, we were asked when we would be leaving, and our reply seemed to be met with a muttered comment under the cleaner’s breath, which felt unnecessary. The buffet was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. Having stayed at HV Mallorca previously, we had a rough idea of what to expect, but the food here did not really compare. The restaurant often felt overcrowded, and several items regularly ran out, particularly at breakfast. The meat selection was usually poor quality, and some of the evening options felt more like pub food than holiday hotel food, such as bangers and mash and roast dinner. That said, the à la carte restaurants were really good. We were given two visits per week and tried the Italian and the grill. The pizza in the Italian was lovely, and the mixed grill was very good, with a huge amount of meat. The drinks were okay, although it was disappointing that the cocktails were pre-made and came from a machine. One nice touch was having Starbucks available at the pool bar, so you could get a proper coffee for an additional cost. The pools were fine, and we always managed to get a sunbed. The water park was also a nice addition and we enjoyed visiting it. The HV staff were brilliant, as were the hotel staff generally. The location is good too. There is a nice beach around a five-minute walk from the hotel, although you do need to learn to ignore the beach sellers. There is also a decent shop across the road for basic groceries, and a kids’ play park just a few minutes away. Overall, we did enjoy our holiday, but the hotel is in real need of refurbishment. I understand this may be planned for winter 2026, but I hope the comments about the food and restaurant are taken on board as well.

Excellent place to come and stay, our kids are 10 and 8, loads for them to do and for us also, Food is amazing, Pools great, very clean and the staff are brilliant. The football academy is very well run and the sunset infinity bar is class

Brilliant resort in Ibiza the public areas are amazing the large pool, waterpark and infinity pool are the big draw. The food was good everyday. We stayed 11 nights and the choice was plentiful and fresh. We enjoyed 3 a la carte nights in an Italian, an American diner and "The Sunset Grill". The only reason ive not given 5 stars is the rooms, which although perfectly pleasant, they are very tired and could definitely do with a revamp. There wasn't a problem as such, just the wardrobe drawers and doors were very rickety, and the bathroom was quite old fashioned. However as we only slept in the room, I would describe it as a niggle as opposed to a complaint. The housekeeping team work very hard and the room was kept very clean. The absolute standout for my family has to be the entertainment team "The Purples" they work tirelessly and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of there work, from "Bing bong bingo, the HV pool party, the aqua aerobics, the evening entertainment, high ropes, paddleboard... The photos don't reflect the hotel's condition. Four stars is a huge exaggeration. The rooms desperately need renovation; thankfully, they were clean. The food has little variety and is heavily geared towards the British, their main clientele. Mediterranean cuisine is practically nonexistent. The waiters were particularly stressed, and Andrés, who I gathered was their manager, was unprofessional in front of guests, reprimanding his colleagues rudely. He behaves this way with the children, but of course, he doesn't dare do it with the adults. The best thing was the water park; the children had a fantastic time. We won't be returning, nor will we recommend it.

The food was very, very mediocre. The hotel caters exclusively to British guests, and everything is geared towards them. A particularly negative aspect was the dining room manager, Andrés, who was rude to both his staff and the children. We saw him speak very badly to his colleagues on several occasions. A disgrace! The pools and water park are nice, and the children enjoyed them a lot. The worst part was the rooms, which desperately need updating, and the buffet, which is very repetitive and of poor quality.

Had 7 days here and to be fair it was great. Food was nice with plenty of choice. We could always find something we liked for the 4 of us. Entertainment was really good too. Pools are good with an infinity pool down the back end where you can even watch the sunset👌🏻. Waterpark included which was a big plus, kept the kids going for hours. Some big slides and a few smaller one for the little kids. It has 5 a side football pitch and tennis court and also a tree obstacle course where they harness you up which my kids loved. It felt a safe place for the kids too which is a big thing and the staff where all very nice. Would defintley reccomend.

This is am amazing hotel, cannot fault it in any way. Victoria on the front desk is an outstanding member of staff she should be promoted to manager.....also the football academy team were outstanding my son said they made his holiday and wants to know when we are going back....would not hesitate to book again x

Spacious, English-oriented resort, especially suitable for families with children. All-inclusive. Spacious dining room with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Reasonable variety and plenty of food available. However, the dining room is very noisy and chaotic. The pools are great; reserving sunbeds with towels before 8:00 AM is prohibited. But in early June, there is still plenty of room on the many sunbeds. Rooms are spacious and clean.
