Breakfast with a choice of fresh vegetables, nice porridge, always low quality sausages, rushers fine, always raw looking mushrooms, good beans, choice of eggs, coffee was never good. Good choice of mason dishes on lunch and dinner, sauces mostly blind bland, a couple of times rice and potato undercooked, nearly raw. Roasted veal was always tough, soups always awful, fish was everyday, sometimes good enough. Nevertheless, I could find something good enough to eat. Nice watery melons, melons, no natural juice, just drinks, good choice of desserts. Nice beach five minutes walk away, good swimming pools always busy. Excellent water park on site with different water slides for all ages free of charge

Absolutely horrible hotel, rooms are ancient and show signs of excessive use. Skirting boards in bits, shower head broken lots of nigley bits etc. Our aircon leaked constantly and cause me to slip on the tiles which reception did not care about. Maintenance had to be called twice to try and fix the problem. Football pitch was a free for all, 30 kids running around with no supervision. Another lovely family from the UK had one of their kids racialy abused by another kid and was not allowed to join in on the football. Absolutely disgusting behavior. To be fair some of the staff where helpful, especially the Portuguese football coach sorry for forgetting his name but helpful was highly profesional and polite bar staff and restaurant staff were also nice. Food was ok maybe 40% of the time. Entertainment to be fair was pretty good, a lot of time put int it by the entertainment team. As for tui themselves I would never use to book a holiday ever again. If you like to do anything other than sit in the hotel all day do not book this hotel, you can get taxis by car or water which is handy but has nowhere nice you can walk to as you would get with most resorts close to a town. The only thing I could recommend about the hotel is the infinity bar which has lovely views.

I was doing the day pass with my son, who is celiac, and as soon as I mentioned it to the dining room team, Fernanda, Barbara, and Andrés were very helpful in indicating which foods were gluten-free and also prepared separate gluten-free options to avoid cross-contamination. This gave us a lot of peace of mind at mealtimes. They were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help. Afterwards, we spent the afternoon at the infinity pool, where they make amazing mojitos, and the staff there were also very attentive.

The picturesthat advertise this place are not representative of what you get. Rooms are very rundown and old fationed. We were told there being upgraded next year. Its a good 20 minute walk to anything apart from the beach near by (although the beach is very vety nice) The pool area could do with an update. Effort was made to repaint the slides in the childrens pool but had flacked off into the pool so there is red yellow green blue paint in it
