Good afternoon, I've stayed at numerous Meliá hotels, and I have to say that at this one, I was surprised by how easily outsiders can access the facilities. In fact, people I know from Torremolinos have told me that they come and go without making a fuss. I think we pay for services, and it's not like everyone just walks in and out. I've always used a card that opens the complex gate, which controls who comes and goes. The shows are very good, but because of this easy access, they're always overcrowded, making it very difficult to find a seat to enjoy them. The pools are much the same; there are an incredible number of people, and while there are many pools, they're all very small. To avoid leaving a bad impression, I'll say that the staff couldn't be better: attentive, friendly, and kind. But it's true that I don't see this complex as a typical Meliá; I see it as just another hotel from a less prestigious chain.
