Hotel Ritual Torremolinos

We only had lunch here. We were already sitting at a table we preferred but the waiter didn’t want to clean the table so asked us to move to another table. We took the menu del dia and ordered as a starter salmorejo. We got gazpacho in stead without saying anything (I think we looked like tourists and didn’t know the difference…). When we complained the waiter said that the reception printed the wrong menu. No excuse and he could have said something when we ordered it. The rest of the food was not worth the price. Waiters were not friendly nor service oriented at all. I will not come back here

A great hotel. Great location and service. Lovely pool and bar area. Not far from the beach. Great breakfast and great value lunch option.

There are better ones for less money.

We stayed a few days at the Hotel Ritual and overall it was very good, very comfortable, and the service was excellent. We're also glad that there are hotels that support diversity and promote respect and freedom. However, there were a few things that slightly disappointed us: - Firstly, the Hotel Ritual website itself states that it's affiliated with the Hotel Sireno and that guests can use the facilities of both. This information should be removed from the website as this affiliation no longer exists. - Secondly, the website also mentions an app that, if downloaded, allows you to use the sun loungers at the Edén Beach Club. As with the Hotel Sireno, they are no longer affiliated, and guests of the Ritual cannot use the sun loungers. - Regarding the facilities, the gym is very small, there's hardly any weight training, and the two main machines are broken and unusable. The rooms have a limited kitchenette...it's a shame, and having a kitchenette would greatly enhance guests' stay. On the positive side, the spa and outdoor pool are definitely highlights. The spa has excellent facilities, it's wonderful, and the outdoor pool is fantastic. We hope our review is helpful and assists the hotel in improving and updating the information provided online. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional and unforgettable experience I had the privilege of staying at this wonderful hotel during my participation in a major trans beauty pageant, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From our arrival, the staff's service was impeccable. The entire team demonstrated great professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to attend to any need, making us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. The rooms were perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and cared for down to the smallest detail. Every space in the hotel reflected elegance, organization, and excellent maintenance. The cuisine was another aspect that greatly impressed me. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with a wide variety of options, high-quality ingredients, and excellent presentation. Each meal was a delightful experience that perfectly complemented our stay. The hotel facilities were exceptional, offering an ideal environment for both relaxation and the activities related to the pageant. Everything was perfectly organized and worthy of such a special event. I want to especially thank the entire team who made our stay so enjoyable. Their dedication, attention, and warmth made all the difference and contributed to making this experience even more memorable. Great place, everything very clean and very cool

This was our first time in Torremolinos, and we specifically chose this hotel. We attended Pride and stayed in a Junior Suite for a week. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We can't understand the negative reviews. The room was always cleaned thoroughly. Shower gel, etc., was from Rituals. The breakfast buffet isn't anything special, but it's adequate. What really matters at this hotel is the location: down the stairs to the beach club, then back up to the hotel and the rooftop in the afternoon. The service was pleasant and friendly, the cocktails were good, and the prices weren't exorbitant. The rooftop was a must every late afternoon! Great views of the sea and nice guests! We only went to the main pool once, for a pool party. But after that, we went to our balcony and later to the rooftop. The room was clean and matched the pictures online. The first few rooms have apparently already been renovated, but they're difficult to get because they're almost always fully booked. We will definitely stay at this adults-only hotel again, which is actually a gay hotel, and we can recommend it.

Today, we wanted to have a drink at the rooftop pool bar. We were turned away, told that tickets were required because we were staying at the other Sireno hotel. So we followed their instructions. We went back upstairs with our tickets, and then they told us that the tickets weren't valid for sangria. They really don't care about their customers.

Good morning, I want to report an incident that occurred yesterday at the Ritual Sireno Hotel during the Miss and Mister Trans 2026 pageant. It seemed like a good evening until I noticed a very unpleasant situation in which a "guest" or person from outside the hotel approached the event photographer from behind twice, shouting at her—I heard it from my terrace—"Get out of the way, you're bothering me, I paid for my ticket!" She explained that she was the official photographer for the event and that she was working. The second time he approached her, he violently hit her in the waist. She replied, "Don't touch me," and nobody did anything, not even from the organizers. Even seeing what was happening, a waiter told the photographer that the customers come first, all while shouting. Lack of organization, lack of security, what a disaster! You come on vacation to enjoy a pageant, and this is the first time I've been able to see one, and it ends up leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Going downhill rapidly. Staff, in general, are rude and ignorant with 1 or 2 exceptions. Terrible place, wont be back.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to revise my opinion downwards. The Ritual remains a very well-located hotel, perfectly suited to LGBT+ clientele. The ground-floor pool and especially the naturist pool are a real asset. However, the value for money is no longer there, given the current rates. Room prices have increased significantly over the years, while the rooms themselves are aging and in dire need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms (showers with curtains, lighting, lack of storage) and some measures to prevent unwanted guests. The bedding is still adequate, but all the rooms would benefit from modernization. Some elements, such as the balcony tables, are worn, the kitchenettes are no longer functional and could be repurposed or put back into service, and the built-in radio appears to be out of order. The bathroom towels, which are changed daily, are of very average quality. During our week-long stay, we only received thick, fluffy towels once. We also noticed a significant increase in certain additional charges: - Towel deposit increased from €10 to €20 - Beach access key deposit increased from €25 to €50 - Spa access now costs €10 per person per visit, which is difficult to justify for a week's stay, especially since this type of service is generally included in the rates of establishments in the same category. The elevators also have recurring malfunctions. Regarding the overall atmosphere, the hotel seems to have shifted towards a calmer, less festive ambiance than before, with a different clientele that is reflected in the general energy of the common areas and suggests a hotel in decline. The atmosphere is less lively than before, particularly around the main pool, with less music and entertainment during the day, apart from the pool parties. This is all the more disappointing during Pride week. The bar staff, for their part, are less friendly than before and should contribute more to a festive atmosphere and show a little more consideration to hotel guests when the rooftop bar closes. The reception staff are less warm and welcoming than before, with the exception of one always-smiling and pleasant lady whom we have always known. Regarding the pool parties, which remain enjoyable, it is regrettable that hotel guests have to pay inflated prices for their drinks, even though they are staying at the hotel. The housekeeping, however, is still impeccable and carried out by pleasant and friendly staff; a special thank you to Maryline for her positive energy and kindness. After six consecutive stays and several years of satisfaction, we have noticed a change that no longer reflects what we have experienced and appreciated. We're wondering if we'll be back... We hope the establishment will take customer feedback into account to improve its services, either by adjusting prices or investing in necessary renovations. However, given the other comments and the lack of response from the establishment, I doubt they have the will to do so, especially when it comes to loyal customers.

Booked for 8 nights in a superior double room with sea view… We were put on the ground floor… I should point out that I booked in November for June, so I should have had a better-located room. This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I've never paid so much (€1500) for such a poorly located room. On the day of our arrival, I arrived early, so I left my belongings at reception and went to the pool. I'd only been swimming for 5 minutes when someone had stolen the money from my bag. Considering the number of people from outside the hotel who can enter without any checks, it's not surprising. When I went to inform reception that my money had been stolen… there wasn't a single sign of support. Breakfast was included, but I only ate there three times because the quality of the food was disappointing: tasteless and very dry pastries, and the savory dishes were bland and unappetizing. The facilities are outdated; the pool loungers and parasols are in poor condition. The furniture in the room needs replacing; the paint is peeling, and the bathroom mirror was stained. The room price does not include access to the spa or the fitness center. The cleaning staff was very friendly, but I think there aren't enough of them to clean all the rooms. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no cooking utensils were provided. Not even a plate or a knife. On the last day, there was a water leak in the restaurant. The floor was soaked, and a few basins were placed there to collect the water. No one was there to remove the water from the lounge, and there were no signs warning of the danger. The lights were off in that part of the restaurant, making it easy to slip and fall. I emailed management four days ago to report my experience, and I still haven't received a reply.
