Excellent hotel, Excellent pools, lovely staff.. only 5 minutes walk from the town and beach is literally at back of hotel..plenty of food..3 hotels are part of the resort so 6 pools to choose but Marco is adults only..massive hotel and grounds..new favourite holiday destination..torremolinos is just beautiful..

We spent two days at Sol Torremolinos Resort and the experience was simply perfect. From arrival to departure, every detail was taken care of to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. We especially want to thank Annie from the GEX department for her warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. She was always attentive to our needs, with a smile and kindness that made all the difference. We also want to thank Ray at the pool bar for taking care of us at all times and making us feel at home; Loli, the afternoon shift chambermaid, for keeping our room spotless every day; and Sara at reception for her kindness and excellent service in all our interactions. A very special mention goes to Lucía, whose flawless coordination ensured our stay was filled with thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Her dedication and professionalism were exceptional and contributed greatly to making our experience so special. We were particularly impressed by the excellent upkeep of the gardens and plants, which looked spectacular, as well as the cleanliness of the pools, which were always in perfect condition. We definitely have wonderful memories of this hotel and its entire team. We can't wait to return very soon. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Beautifully renovated hotel. Pleasant welcome. The restaurant staff are friendly, less so at the bar. The rooms are well renovated. Note: the shower pressure is very low and the temperature takes a long time to adjust. A box of tissues would be a welcome addition, and a small welcome gift in the room would have been nice: a pencil, a nougat... Nevertheless, we had a very good stay with friends. I recommend it.

PARENTS BE AWARE!! I am extremely disappointed by how a very serious incident was handled during my stay in April 2026. While attending the kids’ disco at the Don Pablo Sports Bar, I ordered a Fanta Orange for my nearky 2 year old child. Unfortunately, the drink that was served was not Fanta Orange but a vodka and orange. Before we realised the mistake, my child had already consumed some of it. I immediately informed the bartender that I had ordered a soft drink and that my nearly 2 year old had been served alcohol. Rather than showing concern or taking responsibility, the response I received was, shrugged shoulders and “Well, not much I can do now.” As a parent, I found this reaction shocking and completely unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I later reported the incident to two managers, who took my details. I expected a formal incident report to be completed and for someone to follow up with me regarding what had happened. However, despite seeing both managers afterwards, no one contacted me, no explanation was provided, no apology was offered, and there appeared to be no effort made to address the incident or reassure me that steps would be taken to prevent it from happening again. Mistakes can happen in any hospitality business, but what matters is how they are handled. Serving alcohol to a nearly 2 year old child is an extremely serious error. The lack of urgency, accountability, concern, and follow-up shown by staff and management was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. My issue is not only with the initial mistake, but with the complete failure to deal with it appropriately afterwards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both staff training and incident procedures to ensure no other family experiences something similar.
