The location is excellent, but the place is quite run-down and dirty, in my opinion, or at least not what you'd expect from a hotel room. Another thing I find appalling is that they charged me €15 per night for a small dog weighing 1.8 kg (I don't care if she were 30 kg) and she didn't even have a bed or a water bowl. Luckily, I always travel prepared, but then why am I paying €15 a night? The staff was very friendly and attentive, though. Otherwise, I don't think I'll be back.

First impressions were good. Howevet the sole reason for our stay was to have a night away from the building work going on next to our house. Imagine our horror to be woken up by the noise of angle grinders and cement mixer at 7:45 am. No mention of any building wirk on booking.com or the hotel website. They need to be more transparent about this or at least put their guests in rooms away from the noise Plus points, amazing central location and roof top area lovely.

I do not recommend this hotel. There is no one at reception upon arrival. You have to call a phone number several times. The room was very shabby, old, with a fresh coat of paint but no repairs, noisy, with a terrible view (nothing like the photos on the hotel's website), a broken tap, and a constantly running toilet. The pillows and towels were ancient. There is no way to access the hotel by car. A very unpleasant stay.

No reception, everything via chat. Bad rooms; got a different room halfway through the week due to noise from a construction site next to the hotel. Rooms are way too expensive. The rooftop bar is nice.

Terrible experience. No reception, no luggage storage. They gave me a room code, but when I arrived, I couldn't open the door because it wasn't activated. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the air conditioning didn't work, and there were cockroaches. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
