A family-run hotel, decent food, clean hotel, and friendly staff. The best part was the entertainment. A great team.

Everything was perfect, repeating the experience year after year, we'll be back.

We had a great time with Sergio playing darts and bingo these past few days; there were so many different games. Natalia was great with the kids too. The haunted house was really scary, and David was great too; he did a fantastic job with the costumes.

We came as a large family, and it's always complicated when there are so many of us, but they organized it very well. The games are entertaining and suitable for both adults and children.

We'd like to highlight the entertainment staff, especially Sergio with the games and Natalia with the aquagym. We met David today and had a great laugh together. The reception staff are always helpful and quick to find solutions, and overall it's reasonably priced.

Everything was great, the food was good too, but the organization of the games was outstanding; they were really cool overall, and we'll definitely be back because of the entertainment.

The hotel is very good overall, but we spent most of our time playing games, both in the pool with Natalia and outside with Sergio. Everything was great; there were 25 of us, and they were very understanding. We had a fantastic time.

The two entertainers, Sergio and Natalia, are delightful and always make sure we enjoy our vacation. An incredible experience where everything is so much fun, we'll be back!

A disastrous experience, and no solution offered We arrived at this hotel yesterday, August 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM, with our two children, and unfortunately, we have to stay until Tuesday. After only a few hours, I already want to go home. The overall condition of the establishment is far from what we expected based on the photos and description we saw when we made our reservation. We specifically observed and photographed: • grossly inadequate cleanliness throughout the hotel and in our room; • poorly maintained facilities; • broken buttons in the elevator; • a power and air conditioning outage lasting approximately 30 minutes; • a swimming pool in a deplorable state, with cigarette butts and cups scattered around it; • a dirty children's playground. And as for the food, it's simply a disaster. We're on a full-board plan, but the food is so bad that we don't even eat at the hotel. We're forced to find and pay for meals outside the hotel, even though we've already paid for full board during our stay. Another completely absurd problem when traveling with children: lunch isn't served until 1 p.m. My children usually eat around 11 a.m., so we have to find somewhere else to feed them, even though we're on a full-board plan. The most outrageous thing about this situation isn't even the state of the hotel itself; it's the complete lack of any solution offered when we immediately reported the problems. We contacted Lastminute as soon as we arrived to report the situation and allow them to find a solution. The result: no concrete offer of free alternative accommodation. So we're left with the choice of staying in a hotel that doesn't match what we were promised, or leaving and finding and paying for alternative accommodation ourselves, even though we paid around €4,000 for this trip. We're traveling with two children and are supposed to be on vacation. Instead, we're spending our time making complaints, taking photos, searching for solutions, and paying for meals outside the hotel despite having paid for full board. This is absolutely not the level of service we expected. We've kept the photos, videos, and correspondence with Lastminute and are taking the necessary steps to assert our rights. This hotel is a huge disappointment. At this point, I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. If you're considering booking, carefully read recent reviews and don't rely solely on the photos used to advertise the trip. We still hope that a solution will be offered, but after only one day there, we already deeply regret this booking.

It was a very good experience. We will definitely return. A highly recommended hotel. First and foremost, the service, friendliness, and excellent atmosphere of all the staff from the moment we arrived, the rooms, and the food were all outstanding. 100% recommended

The food was good and varied, the staff friendly; the worst part was the long-time guests who think the hotel belongs to them and do whatever they want.
