Unequal treatment – not recommended. I visited Sidetrack on June 6th 2024 with two Swedish friends and experienced a noticeable difference in how we were treated. While my friends were welcomed and served normally, I was repeatedly overlooked. My drink was never delivered despite several reminders, and I was only able to order food because another staff member eventually stepped in to assist. Only two tables were occupied that evening, while all the others remained empty, making the difference in service even more noticeable. Throughout the visit, I felt ignored and excluded. As a paying guest, I expect equal, respectful, and professional treatment regardless of background or language. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. As a person with a foreign background, I could not help but question whether my treatment was influenced by discrimination. I cannot say with certainty what motivated this unequal treatment, but it left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not recommend this place if you value fair and professional service.

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, unsympathetic and aggressive. Zero respect, zero sense of service. In addition, the bartender Micke became physically aggressive which is completely sick in a bar. Regular guests but now suddenly we did not feel safe being there. What is the owner doing? Sidetrack used to be a nice place to be but seems to be the opposite now.
