Very nice hotel with breakfast, coffee and dinner. 😊

I'll start with the positives: Central location Very service-minded staff Homely feeling What I experienced negatively: Cold rooms. Had to borrow portable heaters. First had a room facing the pedestrian street with buses. Couldn't sleep because of the high noise level that went on long into the night. There are also restaurants and pubs open late on that side of the hotel. Changed rooms to the courtyard. Those are the most popular rooms, I understood from the staff. There is a large fan that hums there, but you can put up with that if you have the windows closed. Very soft beds in the room. Didn't suit me and my back. Checked out a day earlier due to poor sleeping comfort. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom old and hospital-like. Unpleasant lighting. The food served was a disappointment. The first day was whole roasted meat. Lots of tendons and very dry. The second day was tacos with stale minced meat. Third day overcooked warm chicken and "potato gratin". Tough dry meat and the gratin was a potato with some kind of cream on it. No dishes did not live up to my expectations. Breakfast basic, no wow. I missed the sourdough bread for breakfast. The hotel should also be able to offer decaffeinated coffee. Lounge area noisy with a lot of people walking by as the reception is next door, impossible to get peace of mind here if needed. Since the last visit it has been a worse experience. Will probably not return.

Difficult to get to if you get there by car... Google would like to direct you via streets that only refer to "authorized traffic"... tip is to find a parking garage nearby and enter that address instead.

Nice hotel with nice and flexible staff. A bit small rooms, but fresh and clean. Good food that is included, good breakfast and nice with afternoon tea. Very central, but difficult to drop off people and luggage because it is in the middle of the action on a one-way street. If you have to park, there is a parking garage opposite. Tip. Skip the payment with the app and tell the reception instead and it will be about 50kr cheaper per day.

Quite okay hotel, simple rooms with the bare necessities. The food is quite OK. Small breakfast buffet with the usual stuff.

Several floors up was the reason for four stars otherwise full pot. Nice treatment from the staff beyond the ordinary actually.
