⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Platzhirsch in Zurich! The location is simply unbeatable – super central and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Perfect for a city break. The hotel is small and charming, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. You immediately feel at home. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive service team – hospitality is truly a way of life here. The breakfast was also very good and lovingly prepared – a perfect start to the day. We highly recommend it – we would love to come back! 😊

Centrum of Old Town. Clean rooms, nice staff and a perfekt getaway for some days. The buildings and the rooms are "old" but taken care of.

This is my 3rd time staying at Platzhirsch, and each time service and accommodations have been excellent. 3rd time is a charm as they say, and this was the best stay yet. She even remembered me from last time. The room was very sufficient, yes small, but cozy for 1 and warm in the freezing cold of winter. (foto - view from room)

My family and I were fortunate enough to stay at Hotel Platzhirsh during a recent trip to Central Europe. We were only in town for a night, regrettably, because this place really was phenomenal. Because of some idiosyncrasies with my travel plans, I booked by contacting the hotel directly via email. Because of some miscommunication in the process, when we arrived, we found that the rooms that were available did not fit what I had expected. Without questioning it, the staff took incredible care of us and made it right immediately. We had a wonderful stay (I recommend room 51). If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. If you are coming to Zurich, please don’t pass by this one. Location happened to be amazing, too.

Excellent place in Zurich, with a great location (10-minute walk from the main station). The room was very spacious and clean, and all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We stayed last November and really enjoyed it; we would definitely return.
