I enjoyed my stay here the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was ok not that great but overall not bad at all. Location was great

What makes this hotel special is not its comfortable modern appeal, delicious breakfast, amazing water pressure or comfy beds, it is the staff. Two people in particular add so much heart and love to the experience. Joran and Clara are smart, kind, and will do everything they can to ensure you are taken care of. Joran is a receptionist and the exact smile you want to see after a long day and Clara welcomes you to breakfast every morning. Both are incredible people. This hotel is absolutely worth staying at.

A fantastic boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Super friendly staff, a real feel-good experience. The room was perfect for us (a couple with one child), spacious and comfortable. Both the breakfast and the food offered in the restaurant were very good. We would love to come back.

A charming and delightful hotel for my first visit to Zurich.

Extremely poor customer service during extenuating circumstances (global conflict that is disrupting travel). The hotel charged me for a full week’s stay despite me letting them know within 12 hrs of booking that I was able to find an alternative path home and would be staying for one just night. I would have been more than happy to pay extra for one night for the inconvenience of canceling (even within 12 hrs). Instead, they price gouged me and exploited a vulnerable situation.

We had breakfast at the restaurant last Sunday. Although we arrived during peak hours and it was quite busy, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful, fresh, and attractively presented, and there really was something for everyone. We would especially like to commend the young waiter: despite the large crowd, he remained consistently friendly and attentive, warmly greeting and bidding farewell to the guests, serving calmly and professionally, and reliably ensuring that the buffet was constantly replenished. It was clear that he enjoyed his work and was very dedicated. The tourism industry needs exactly these kinds of passionate young people.

Accessible bathroom. Super comfortable bedding. Very comfortable pillow and warm duvet. Air conditioning and windows that open.

Very friendly service

The location is fantastic, a 5-minute walk to Bellevue Square, parking at the hotel or directly in front, superb breakfast with excellent quality and a good selection of vegan food! Everything was just great!

I really enjoyed my stay and received a very warm welcome. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a great atmosphere, and a really cool bathroom with two entrances. It's easily accessible on foot from Stadelhofen train station, but you can also take the tram. Thank you for your hospitality.
