Having explored Ankara thoroughly, eaten and drunk everywhere, and even having been involved in the gastronomy sector for years, I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, the variety of hot and cold dishes is above average. From kokoreç (lamb intestines) to grilled fish, fava beans to shrimp meatballs, there are many options, and everything we ate was very good in terms of portion size and taste. We were served complimentary street food salad and fruit. The atmosphere is quiet, the table setups are very good, and the spacing between tables is very comfortable. I can say that the staff were among the most attentive and high-quality I have ever seen. They changed the water in our warmed raki without us asking, replaced the ice themselves, and asked if we needed anything without being intrusive. The appetizers we requested weren't brought to us forcefully. There's no aggressive sales pitch, no "get up and leave, new tables come" attitude; it's a very relaxed and peaceful place. I have two suggestions: 1. Some of the tripe pickle was left outside the vinegar in the gastronomy and had dried out. When the portion is smaller, it needs to be spread out a bit or the gastronomy portion needs to be reduced, otherwise the dried edges are noticeable on the table. 2. You add labneh to your yogurt-based appetizers, which is an acceptable technique, but the labneh's taste overwhelms the yogurt. I suggest you mask this taste by adding salt and garlic, or by adding more yogurt to get rid of the creamy taste. I can say the fava beans were among the best I've ever had, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back.

A warm and lovely place. The appetizers are incredible, and the fish is delicious. I highly recommend trying the oyster mushrooms. All the staff are very polite and attentive. Definitely a place you should visit. Kudos to everyone involved.

Kuytu Mekanı truly lives up to its name, a wonderful place with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Both the inviting ambiance and the quality of service far exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vedat. His smiling face, attentiveness, and hospitality made us feel right at home. His meticulous attention to detail and care for customers is truly commendable. In such establishments, the most important thing is interpersonal relationships, and Mr. Vedat clearly demonstrates this. The combination of taste, service, and atmosphere creates a place you'll want to return to again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend Kuytu Mekanı, and I especially urge you to experience Mr. Vedat's attentiveness. It fully deserves 5 stars!

First of all, we had a dream night. Thank you so much. The sea bass wrap was delicious. The prices are reasonable. We'll be back soon to try the shrimp meatballs.

I've been here 4 or 5 times before and I know they have excellent mezes (appetizers). I came here on my sister's recommendation and I really liked it. Ertan, the waiter, is very attentive and does his job very well. The mezes are absolutely delicious.

Last night, my wife and I chose this place for my birthday. The calamari, shrimp, fish, and appetizers were amazing. It's become our go-to place not just for raki and fish, but whenever we crave fish. The service was also excellent. We were very pleased 👏👏
