What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the staff for being fun, friendly, and welcoming, creating a delightful atmosphere where they feel at home. However, a significant complaint is about terrible DJing, with music not matching the advertised events and some visitors feeling scammed by staff overcharging and not refunding.

The staff is really rude and they are scammers. They took MORE money than what the poster said, and haven’t refunded the whole amount.

The entrance fee is 400 TL. This price does not include complimentary items. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive. However, the staff are generally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is also nice. I wish they would include beer or something similar in the price (only on Fridays)... like popcorn, for example... Because in most places, even with beer included, the price ranges from 250-400 TL 🙃

We were kicked out of the venue by a bodyguard for no reason! I've been coming to Cute every month for about two years, and I was quite satisfied and recommended it to everyone around me, but I was shocked by an incident at the Hits Don't Lie party on March 14th; as two men who had been there many times before, we were kicked out by a bodyguard at 2 AM despite doing nothing wrong! I think this was completely for show. I normally never write reviews like this, but since I know and have seen that there are security cameras in the venue, I want to state that if a documented explanation is not given as to why two men, who clearly came to have fun, were kicked out, we will file a complaint against the bodyguard with Cimer (the Turkish Presidential Complaint Center) and subsequently, as two lawyers, we will file a compensation lawsuit and do more if necessary. It is unacceptable that people are kicked out of a venue they have invested time and money in, and most importantly, a venue with security cameras, simply because they are men. We experienced something we have never experienced in any other venue in Ankara, especially in Tunalı! As I mentioned above, I trust the venue's integrity, but I believe the bodyguard working tonight acted with malicious intent, and I want to state that if concrete evidence is not provided as to why we were removed, I will pursue this matter to the end and file a complaint. They were completely disrespectful to us.

A well-established, decent place that doesn't deviate from its principles. It has always been my go-to place during my student years in Ankara and on my subsequent travels 🩷
