I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. During our stay, the service was very poor. I asked several times for extra blankets because my children were cold, but each time I was told that none were available. This was very frustrating, especially when traveling with children. In addition, housekeeping and room service were inconsistent and only attended to our room every two days. The most concerning issue occurred at checkout. The hotel attempted to charge us 3,000 Turkish Lira, claiming that some stains on the towels could not be removed and that we were responsible for the damage. However, we washed the towels ourselves by hand, and the stains came out completely. The photos clearly show that the marks were removable and that the towels were not permanently damaged. I felt that this charge was unfair and unjustified. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor housekeeping, and the attempt to charge us for towels that were easily cleaned made this a very disappointing experience.

A very good three-star-plus hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the dining area was calm and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the tram stop and several bus stops, right in the heart of the city.

My stay at Safari Otel was a complete disappointment. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was one of the worst parts of the stay. The toilet was placed so close to the sink that it was extremely uncomfortable to sit properly, and every time you used it, your body would hit the sink. It felt like the bathroom was designed without any consideration for guest comfort. The food was poor in quality, repetitive, and far below expectations. There was very little variety, and the overall dining experience was disappointing. Another major issue was the lack of proper parking. Finding a place for a vehicle was difficult and inconvenient, creating unnecessary stress throughout the stay. The most frustrating part was being charged an unfair penalty for a towel after checkout. The towel was used normally, yet the hotel attempted to collect extra money without providing convincing evidence. This felt completely unjustified and left a very negative impression. The staff were not helpful when concerns were raised, and customer satisfaction did not seem to be a priority. Instead of solving problems, they created more. I strongly advise future guests to take photos of everything when checking in and checking out because unexpected charges may appear later. Between the poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bathroom, bad food, lack of parking, and unfair penalties, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Rating: 1/10 – Bad food, uncomfortable bathroom, no parking, unfair charges, and poor customer service. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Everything was filthy except for the bed sheets. The toilet and bathroom, in particular, were indescribably dirty. The location was good.
