It's in a very nice location, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. In short, it's a place you can comfortably stay with your family when you come to Istanbul.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not clean; we had to ask for toilet paper every time, the towels were stained, the mattresses were yellowed, and the room wasn't cleaned for two days. It was only cleaned after we asked.

I stayed for two nights to attend the Istanbul Tulip Festival in April 2026. The location is excellent, easily accessible from the airports, and tram and metro stops are nearby. Many attractions are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are small but clean, cleaned daily, and there was no mold in the bathroom. The radiators are warm and adjustable. The air conditioning works. The breakfasts were quite satisfying. Tea is available 24 hours a day in the lobby, and there's a rooftop terrace with views of the Galata Tower and the Bosphorus.

İstanbul’daki bu otelde konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Öncelikle otelin konumu harikaydı; hem turistik yerlere yakın hem de ulaşım açısından oldukça rahattı. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Özellikle yataklar çok rahattı, güzel bir uyku çektik. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Herhangi bir sorumuz olduğunda hemen ilgilendiler ve çözüm buldular. Kahvaltı da oldukça zengindi; taze ve lezzetli birçok seçenek vardı. Genel olarak hem hizmet kalitesi hem de atmosfer açısından beklentimizin üzerindeydi. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. The hotel is located in the center of Eminönü. It's situated between Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, and Galata Bridge, all within walking distance. The top floor terrace offers views of the Golden Horn, Galata Tower, Bosphorus, and Bosphorus Bridge, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and functional; we stayed as a group of five. The bathrooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the linens clean. Our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was adequate and served as a buffet.
