What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's fantastic location, close to major attractions and on the tram line, and many enjoy the rooftop terrace with its view. However, some guests report issues with room cleanliness, outdated bathrooms, and a lack of windows or fresh air, while others found the rooms to be small and simply renovated.

I can tell you this hotel is the worst hotel in my life. I've never stayed the hotel like that. I made a booking because of the lovely view. But when I open the windows in my room, I can see only wall. And the toilet is the worst. They even didnt check the toilet when they offer the room for my family. We have to endure these situation for a day. The hotel is old and doesn't have a lift. If you want to see a view, I want to recommend you roof top restaurant or other hotel not here.

I stayed in October-November 2025. It is located in the most prestigious place in the center. Price 70€ The rooms are a bit small. Averagely renovated. The terrace has a view of Sultanahmet. Breakfast is normal. The reception and staff are friendly. The view of Sultanahmet from the rooms with windows on the 3rd floor is more magnificent

The location is fantastic. Very close to everything. The room was warm and cozy. The radiators were like fire. The Wi-Fi was very fast. My favorite thing about this hotel is the terrace. It has a wonderful, amazing view, and you have breakfast on the terrace. The room is only needed for sleeping and showering, but the terrace view is unforgettable. Also, the hotel was very close to the tram stop. The staff were very helpful.
