Nuru Ziya Suites

The service staff were excellent. There was a cute cat that greeted us all the time. Breakfast was provided, and linens and drinking water were changed throughout our stay. Highly recommended. However, it would be better if there were two bathrooms.

The sofa bed wasn't quite as pictured, but it was okay. Breakfast could have been better, but it was alright. It was very noisy at night because there's a club nearby, but what do you expect in the heart of Istanbul? The service was excellent, and they even accommodated extra requests like a duvet. 😄 Thanks for the great stay. Recommended, 4 stars.

Absolutely perfect accommodation, a clear 5 stars! Nuru Ziya Suites completely exceeded my expectations. Top location, very clean and stylishly furnished; you immediately feel at home. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available. Everything ran smoothly and professionally. The rooms are modern, high-quality, and offer exactly the comfort you could wish for. Perfect for a city trip to Istanbul. I will definitely book again; highly recommended.

On Saturday night, March 14th, we had a very bad experience due to a foreign national, blonde, thin, and tall employee at the reception. Despite having a reservation for two, my friend was not allowed in when she arrived at the hotel. They said she had to arrive with me upon arrival, and that she wouldn't be allowed in if she arrived later. I have never encountered such a practice in any hotel before. Around 6:00 AM, they called us to speak with us. When we didn't answer, they came to our room and tried to humiliate me by telling my friend that another woman had entered the room before her. What could have been so important and urgent that someone would come at 6:00 AM?! The person who entered the room was my sister; she only wanted to see the room I had rented and left shortly afterward. Towards the end, at 8:00 AM, they knocked on the door and suddenly entered the room. When I told them I was asleep, they apologized and left. This is truly unacceptable. The hotel's location and cleanliness are good, I can't deny that. However, the receptionist's behavior and this incident were very disturbing. Also, the beds were quite soft; I sank into them and ended up sleeping on the sofa. I'm giving it 1 point because of the disrespectful behavior of the gentleman working at reception. Unfortunately, I will not forget this experience.

It was the best experience to visit Istanbul! We really recommend this hotel with a good balance of price and comfort. Especially I appreciate the girl on reception, she is adorable and gorgeous, she gave us the first impression of hotel so we were very excited. Also I can highlight rooms, breakfast and the location near the famous street! If I want to stay here I can also recommend places nearby: “The Ritim Roof club”, the Iranian restaurant and shop on the angle of street. I hope u will enjoy your vacation here as we did it🩷

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You can really feel the attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!
