Susuzlu Atlantis Otel

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience and not worth it. The breakfast wasn't tasty; I couldn't eat anything. The water in the bathroom soaked everything when I opened it. The rooms weren't soundproof; the snoring in the next room was very annoying.

I stayed for 5 days a month ago and came again for one day. I have been staying for 4 days. I am very pleased. It is my first choice for a clean, decent and comfortable hotel, comfortable and peaceful in every way. All the staff are friendly and stress-free.

The service is excellent, the hotel is superb, the breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is more reasonable than other hotels. I highly recommend it.

Look at the pictures, if you want to stay here, think twice. (Even though we specifically said it was a non-smoking room, there was an ashtray in the room..)

We stayed at the Susuzlu Atlantis Hotel through a tour. First of all, the food was delicious, and the staff was polite and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The central location was a 20-minute walk from the Clock Tower and Alsancak. We liked it very much, and it's a hotel I'd choose if I were to return on my own.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location is superb. The staff are excellent. I recommend it.

Unacceptable, they don't even deserve three stars out of the four they say they have. I'll start with the top one which was that inside the safe there were two men's underwear forgotten by the previous guests, we asked for a bed for a child and what they did was to put two mattresses one on top of the other and the bottom one was very dirty. The rest of the beds creaked. The bathroom was in a hopeless state, the basin was black inside the shower glass with salt in it, the mirror was dirty as was the mirror in the room, the bathroom had no ventilation and the whole bathroom smelled bad. Many of the lamps in the room are burnt out, the furniture has rings and splashes and the wall had brown - yellow splashes. The refrigerator didn't work, that is, it didn't freeze and when you arrived the floor was not clean, it had garbage and was black! On the positive side, the breakfast was nice, both in terms of sweet and savory items, and the girl at breakfast was very sweet.

A hotel where I have stayed many times and to which I recommend my guests.
