My two daughters and I stayed for two nights; the staff were attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

To put it more accurately, we were humiliated for our money. I was expecting a mid-range hotel, but even calling it mid-range would be a luxury. This hotel doesn't deserve even 3 stars, let alone 4. When we arrived, we were told the spa and sauna were closed, sometimes open, sometimes closed. What determines when they open and close, and why weren't we informed before booking? At least they could have made some kind of adjustment to the price we paid; it's practically unjust enrichment. The rooms weren't hygienic enough; the cleaning was superficial. The soap and shower gel were of terrible quality. The breakfast buffet wasn't good for a 4-star hotel; the variety of products used should be reviewed. It's in a central location with easy access to many places. It's unclear who is working and who isn't; the number of staff is insufficient. The room was very small. The bed was comfortable, the TV didn't work, and the hot water and shower were good. The sound insulation was very poor; you could hear a lot of noise from the next room, and laughter and conversation could be heard throughout the corridor for hours. It would have been good if the staff had warned the staff to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent disturbing other people. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I will not choose this hotel again.

We went with some hesitation due to the reviews, but we couldn't understand what people disliked or what they didn't like; everything was truly beautiful and spotlessly clean. The sink, bathroom, bed linens were very clean, and everything in the room was thoughtfully provided. There was water, a kettle, tea and coffee cups, etc. Everything was perfect, in my opinion. The breakfast was equally wonderful. Everything was there, even oatmeal-like options for those who don't eat greens. And they were very friendly. We were quite satisfied; it was very good value for the price.

My wife and I stayed for 6 days; if there had been a cancellation and refund option, we would have left on the first day, unfortunately. We went there because of the spa, sauna, and Turkish bath, but they were closed and unusable. How can this be a 4-star hotel? There's no dinner area, no activities, and even the spa and sauna listed are unusable. The rooms aren't very clean. The walls are thin plasterboard; you can hear the sound from the room next door, even the one diagonally across from you. It's very disturbing. I definitely do not recommend it. If you only want to stay in a room, there are much nicer places. This isn't a hotel; it's a dilapidated guesthouse...

The room we stayed in was nice, number 305. The only downsides were that the hairdryer wasn't heating and the breakfast wasn't really to our liking. Apart from that, the staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Also, we parked in an open area rather than the car park, which was safe. I would recommend this hotel for its price and performance.

Quite good rooms and people are nice. WiFi is bad. Location is decent.

The hotel is near the main square, but there's no valet parking in front; if you give them a pass, they take you to a contracted parking lot, but I don't know where it goes. As for the rooms, there was an extremely unpleasant smell that I couldn't tell if it was mold, dampness, sweat, or just stuffiness, and I was very uncomfortable. Also, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, so I could barely sleep. Since the air conditioning is connected to the room card and not separate, it doesn't pre-cool, so I couldn't sleep with the air conditioning on and we had a hard time getting through the night. The breakfast was quite sufficient, the lobby was spacious and nice, but the hotel and its surroundings are definitely not suitable or safe for sightseeing. The square is a complete slum area; I would never recommend it. I will never come to Konak and its surroundings again, nor will I stay in hotels there. My comments and experience are limited to what has been written.

Absolutely avoid this hotel. It looks nothing like the photos online. The room was filthy, never properly cleaned, and the hygiene was catastrophic. I found tiny red bugs in the bed and throughout the room, which caused an allergic reaction for the entire stay. I couldn't sleep properly for four nights. The hotel offered no solution whatsoever. On top of that, there was no proper parking available. Frankly, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against this hotel for anyone who values ​​their comfort and health.

The staff are very good, but the cleanliness isn't adequate; everything is old-fashioned. It also smells awful because of smoking. The air conditioning, however, works well.
