I don't understand when they forcefully issue a bill right after the first drinks you order. We were ready to sit here for a good couple of hours and order more, but when they ask for payment right away, it discourages the desire to stay longer than necessary to finish what you already ordered. "Atmosphere" is not only the interior and lighting, but also whether the staff contributes to the desire to stay in the establishment. The bartender in the plaid shirt seemed much friendlier than the other two bartenders.
