Excellent building but a terrible, very strong smell of old age in the rooms and on the floors

Not only the best hotel in Kyiv but absolutely one of the best in the world, not just because it is spacious, well maintained with incredible facilities but the staff is absolutely incredible…gracious, thoughtful and very kind, even during a war. Special thank you to Artem & Maria for being so helpful during my two trips. Bravo Premier Palace Team!

Dear management, why do other guests in your restaurant allow smoking??? When we made a remark to the restaurant staff, they could not do anything...as far as we know, you have a smoking room...Why do they smoke in the restaurant? And this is not the first time...I am not talking about the rooms at all...saldepia rules, it is time to update the taps in the shower and bathtub, it is terrible, the taps are still standing for Tsar Temko...You have a lot of money for a room per day, but the room is not subject to this amount...

Some of the staff are nice, but some have overindulged and live with it. The hotel is so old and ugly that I will never recommend it to anyone again. The breakfast also doesn't match the standard of the hotel and its prices. I don't recommend it.

Other than being in a war zone it's great. No problems with water and power during my stay. No McDonald's anywhere was a bummer.

Shame. We live opposite this hotel and at 1:30 am we are forced to listen to drunken screams and Russian songs that guests shout from the hotel roof to the entire street. In the capital of Ukraine. During the war. The administration simply does not respond to requests to turn it down on the phone. The establishment violates Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and the rules for maintaining silence at night. But what is most striking is not even the noise, but the fact that it is still normal for someone to turn on and blast Russian music in the middle of Kyiv during the war. If you are not able to control the parties in your establishment, then the relevant services will be able to.

Grease those creaky doors in the great hall because they are tin. 5 stars and the doors creak.

Impressions are only the best!! Service at the highest level! The girls at the counter should receive excellent marks, because they are so nice, sincere and kind! I recommend! I have been there often and every time everything is at the highest level! I recommend! Only here! I love it🥰

We spent the day at the spa, so-so here, if anything) It is difficult to find service personnel on the territory of the complex ( We waited 40 minutes for the waiter from the restaurant, and then another 40 minutes for lunch) 10% tips are included in the price, but they were in no hurry to serve us) Excise tax for alcohol is also calculated separately, well, this is already the level (have you seen this anywhere in Kiev? No one came and cleaned up for half a day. Will I come back? Of course not, thank you
