Good afternoon. I would like to complain about the behavior of an employee of your hotel during an air raid. On the night of the 23rd, a hotel employee entered the room (a room for families with a child) of the bomb shelter without explanation. He did not introduce himself or provide any information about himself or the reason for the visit. We were rudely accused of drinking alcoholic beverages, although we had been drinking non-alcoholic beer while waiting for our champion to fight. The employee woke up the child with his behavior, created a stressful situation, and without explaining anything, took the glasses and left. I consider such behavior unacceptable, especially during an air raid, when people are already in a tense state. I ask you to: conduct an investigation into this incident; provide an explanation for the employee's actions; take appropriate measures to prevent similar situations from recurring. I look forward to your feedback. If my complaint is left without consideration and a proper response, I will be forced to contact the regulatory authorities.

For 2300 UAH you will get this kind of bathroom! Your wishes that you leave on booking will not be taken into account! And when you ask at the reception if parking is free in the UBD, the administrator will roll his eyes and say, show it when you leave! The shower will fall on your head, because it can't be held anymore!

I just spent five nights there and I was very happy. The hotel is very well located in the city center and overlooks Maiden Square. You can easily get everywhere. The room was very large, with a comfortable bed, and even though the decor is rather dated, it has a certain Eastern European charm. Why always insist on Western decor, after all? A little change is refreshing. On the other hand, I think they should improve the number of electrical outlets! There wasn't a single one near the bed, so I had to plug in my laptop and, more importantly, the machine that helps me breathe at night, at the other end of the room. Luckily, the cord was just long enough. But it wasn't ideal having the machine on the bed. Apart from that, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff in the dining room and at reception were very friendly.

This is the first time I've changed rooms 5 times. 😀 Mainly because there's no internet there and, accordingly, it's impossible to work/be in touch. It's even funny that every time I was told that everything is definitely ok in this room/on this floor (no). For the 6th time I refused to go to a new room with my things again - and just asked for a refund for the next night. Also, every time the air conditioner alarm goes off, a (very loud🫠) loudspeaker in the room turns on, where it repeats 4 times what to do during the alarm. Now imagine what it's like to jump out of bed 4-5 times every night because of it. I don't know who came up with it and why, but it's just a piece of cake. I won't talk about the fridge that works as a freezer anymore. Thank you for the spoiled salads that I carefully ordered from the restaurant for myself in the morning🙌🏻

A hotel where you can get hurt completely unexpectedly! A poorly secured mirror fell, and luckily, the child wasn't sitting on the potty underneath it. It turned out the mounting was unreliable! The location and view are fine, centrally located, overlooking the square, but the energy of the place is terrible. The smell in the Nutri and the rooms is from the distant past.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city! Great rooms, delicious breakfasts and professional staff. I recommend it!

The location of the hotel is definitely its biggest advantage (along with the room prices), the breakfast is good (the coffee is also very good), the restaurant is spacious, the panorama opens onto Maidan Nezalezhnosti. There is parking, shelter. The rooms, although old, are clean, spacious (when the ceiling is not pressing on your head). The service is pleasant. In general, this is probably the best choice for a business trip if the destination is in the center.

Location and history of the hotel are excellent. Rooms need renovation and service "has room for improvement". Avoid the restaurant for diner, you'll find much bettet choices nearby. Guarded parking in front of the door is super.

The hotel met all expectations. Unforgettable view from the window, historical location. I wanted the room to have a balcony and the administrator found me just such a room, thank you very much to that girl. I spent 2 days at the hotel in complete comfort, I recommend it to everyone.

I was in Kyiv on a trip and it was my first time in this hotel but I already know it won't be my last. I didn't find any flaws, I liked everything. I checked in quickly, the administrators are great, the breakfasts are delicious - you won't leave hungry here, the room is clean and spacious. Hotel 10/10
