We've stayed at this hotel several times, and every time it's fantastic. The price-quality ratio is the best we've found in Kyiv; we're no longer even considering other hotels. And given its location and the availability of parking, it's absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, but deep in the buildings, which is a plus - it is quiet, there is no unnecessary noise and it is good to sleep, but a minus - it is difficult to find the first time, especially when it is already dark, but if you call the reception, they will tell you how to find it on foot or by car. There is its own parking, which not all hotels have. Polite, pleasant administrator. The room is small, with a good bathroom, a large bed. The room was very warm, there is air conditioning. A pleasant price, for the city center. Rooms for people without high expectations. Perhaps for a long time the room does not have enough space and a table, but for one night it is enough. Overall we are satisfied. If we are in Kiev again, we will choose this hotel. Thank you for your work.

Stayed here for one night. The room was clean, the bed was clean. Check-in was quick, it was quiet at night.

It's better to pay extra and not even go there Pros: They moved us to the 1st floor, almost a shelter. Center. The lights didn't turn off Cons: They don't know what cleaning is in the apartment. Dirt is literally everywhere. In both rooms (I was moved to the second one after complaining) the smell of urine. Why? Because the toilets are all covered in urine))) If we hadn't checked in at night, I would never have stayed. The staff is incompetent, can't figure out the payment, manipulates and blames the guest There is no lighting and no people around, it's scary to walk there

Hotel “The Key” exceeded all expectations! 💫 Cozy, stylish rooms, impeccable cleanliness and attentive staff, always ready to help. I especially liked the atmosphere of peace. The perfect place to relax and restore strength - I will definitely come back again!

The room is small, suitable for an overnight stay. But be prepared for the hotel manager to open the door to your room at night if she wants, as she did with us while we were sleeping. She even brought some man with her, for whatever reason, it's unclear. This is a first for us, but I believe the management has no right to enter the room, neither during the day nor at night. Afterward, she tried to explain it away with various explanations, which also seemed odd. In any case, I don't think it's normal to open the door to a room at night where people are sleeping and make stupid excuses. 👎👎👎
