Feelings after the stay are mixed. I would like to say that the design and appearance of the hotel is very pleasant, everything looks aesthetically pleasing. However, in my room there was an unexpected unpleasantness in the bathroom, it says that the bathtub is disinfected, but on the sink and in the shower stall there were traces of dried blood, I had to wipe it… Also, while lying on the bed, a large centipede crawled out from under the bed, but you need to take into account that the hotel is on the first floor and it is quite humid there, so this is relatively normal.

I really liked the hotel 👍 Affordable prices and a great location — the very center of the city, everything is nearby and very convenient. A nice bonus was a small cafe on the territory, where you can calmly drink coffee in the morning and get ready for the day. It is also worth mentioning the conference room, which is convenient for business meetings or events. I would like to separately mention the sauna — it is functioning, in such a difficult time, everything is clean and comfortable. Overall, I have only positive impressions, I recommend it ☺️

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel) Great location in the heart of Kyiv - 5-10 minutes walk to Independence Square, Khreshchatyk, Sophia Square and Volodymyr Hill, which makes this hotel an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers 😁 The room, although small, was clean, with fast Wi-Fi and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The reception staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help, and even suggested good routes for walking around the city! ☺️

The service, the atmosphere, and everything else are just awful! It's filthy everywhere! Even homeless people wouldn't want to be in such a dump.

I was there for one night, so I didn't see everything. But from what I managed to see - everything, in principle, is good, except for the complete lack of noise insulation - you can hear everything, from the reception to what the neighbors are doing/talking about. This is the biggest minus. It reduces all the charm of hotels to the level of a hostel

Good afternoon! I want to write the advantages of the hotel: 1) The hotel is located close to the center. 2) Nearby there is a park, cafes, markets and Globus shopping center. 3) Spacious bathroom. 4) Very good administration, with which you can solve all the issues that concern you, even if you lack something in the hotel. Thank you to the administration and management of the hotel for solving our problems! You are great, especially the administrator Anya and the manager Mikhailina! You don’t need to write a bonus for her work and care for customers! I would like to get to know the management especially.. Thank you for your attention to customers and care! We will recommend your hotel to friends and relatives! ❤️❤️❤️

Disgusting place, terrible service. The food is tasteless, the furniture is decrepit. We thought we'd hit rock bottom, but then something knocked at us from below. Cockroaches everywhere, a mess. A minus 1 rating!! We don't recommend it!
