I sincerely thank you for the friendly attitude of the hotel staff, from the administrators, receptionists to those employees who took orders and brought dinners to the room. I am very grateful to the sweet and kind women who kept the room tidy, always with good in their hearts. I sincerely advise you to stay at this hotel! I wish you all the best! Be healthy! The most important thing is victories and revival for our Motherland!

We checked into the Apartment room (price per night 9440 UAH) with a view of the courtyard, the room was clean, spacious, everything would have been fine if it weren't for the girl at the reception, it's a shame 🫣 communication was at such a level that it was not at all clear where we had arrived...

Standard room - terrible and very dark. We moved to a higher category with a view of Khreshchatyk. The staff was great, met us, showed us to the parking lot, helped with charging the car.

I was in Kyiv on a business trip and booked this hotel 3 weeks in advance. I liked the hotel. The administration and staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. I was leaving for the train in the evening. It was nice when they gave me a breakfast box lunch.

16. 05.26 I went to your room, I want to say that you have a very polite, decent and good security guard, unfortunately I don't know his name. On this day, I felt very depressed, I had a biopsy and because of nerves and fatigue, I couldn't get into the room for 20 minutes, I didn't know how to open the room with the key, I got very angry, tried to find the reception and got lost among the floors, I started to panic. Having found the reception, standing and crying in a queue of 5 people who were just looking at me, he showed politeness and humanity by approaching me to guide me and help with the key, he very tactfully asked "is everything okay with me, do I need help", without being intrusive, he gave me moral support in this way, said that if anything, I can always turn to the staff for help. Thank you, you are a real person, you appeared in a very difficult moral period for me, and provided me with help. Greetings from Kherson ❤️

In general, the hotel is okay for the price. This is my second visit. But I'm lowering the rating because of the following situation. I book a room through the official website (but it doesn't allow you to book for 2 - when you choose everything and go to the next step, a few guests fly away... but these are small things). I indicate on the form that I need parking. When I arrived in Kiev, the first thing I did was drive into your parking lot and wanted to leave my car before checking in. The parking lot guard said that I wasn't on the list and behaved rudely (I don't know his name, but he was the most unathletic). I called the reception and was told that they didn't have the reservation in the computer and I had to go to a paid parking lot... At the reception, I showed the email - a confirmation where it is clear that I chose this option. I received a response from the administrator that this happens... the next day they found me a place, but I had to run. It's very disappointing when a hotel tries to keep its brand but the imperfection of processes and rude people discourage the desire to visit you again...
