Ark Palace Hotel & SPA

We spent a week on vacation with our family. I'd like to highlight the spacious rooms, the wonderful location, and the excellent restaurant. I highly recommend it!

A great hotel for a reboot. It was very important for us to always have light, and Ark palace copes with this 100% thanks to generators. There is a private shelter. The rooms are clean and modern. The waiters and reception are very attentive. The location is convenient, We recommend it to everyone who is looking for comfort and safety.

Ark Palace is a real find in Odessa. If you really want to relax and recharge, this is the place for you. I would like to say something about the staff: they are very adequate and friendly people, you feel that they are really happy to see you here, and not just "working off" their shift. It is only 15 minutes walk to Arcadia, so the location is ideal - both close to the parties, and the hotel is quiet. In short, I sincerely recommend it. It is 100% worth your money👌👍

Just returned from Ark Palace Hotel and, honestly, it was love at first sight! 🥰❤️❤️❤️What won me over the most: Tasteful rooms. We lived in a very spacious room with an incredibly comfortable bed, falling asleep in 2 minutes is easy!). The design is restrained, expensive, nothing superfluous, and most importantly - perfect cleanliness. SPA is just space! Swimming pool, hammam, a huge selection of baths... After walking around Odessa, this is exactly what you need for a complete reboot. The level of care and atmosphere at Ark SPA Palace is pure luxury. The location is top. You feel like you are in the center of party life (Arcadia is a 5-minute walk), but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. Ideal for those who value their sleep. Special thanks to the staff! I haven't met such sincere and unobtrusive service for a long time. Every request was fulfilled instantly and with a smile. It was just wow 🤩 we will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel; my wife and I stayed in a junior suite. The room was spacious, warm, and there was always electricity and hot water, which was a big plus.

The rooms are tired, but bearable. The service is excellent, especially considering it was New Year's Eve. But the breakfasts…that's just awful.

To say that it was terrible is an understatement. My daughter and I arrived and were put in a room that cost a lot of money per night, but we were expecting good service. On the very first day we decided to take a shower after the sea, but the water was barely warm, I thought, well, who knows, it wasn’t hot enough 😂 We came in the evening after a walk, having made the bed, which was clearly not changed, there were kid hairs or beard hairs or something else strewn across the bed, my daughter’s bed was completely dirty with black stains, I didn’t start a scandal at night, the next day the water got worse, it was ice-cold, in the morning we decided to wash up and leave, when we came from the beach the water was ice-cold, I was already on edge and decided to ask them if everything was okay and accordingly about the bed linen and other things, the bed linen was changed, the maid came and said that in our room in particular there was never hot water, that is, they checked us in knowing that there were problems in the room, they asked us to go swim in another room 😂 Yes, yes, service, breakfasts, waiters probably hold positions there not only as waiters, they look untidy and sleepy but positive 😁 by The breakfasts were fine. We left immediately and got a full refund for the remaining days. 😅 The location is good. Saidu is beautiful inside, but it's outdated, empty, and dull. I don't recommend it. I regret not checking the reviews first, as I can see we're not the only ones dissatisfied.
