Wonderful stay at Frederic Koklen hotel! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and were very impressed with the high quality room, very detail & customer-oriented service and careful staff. I wish to thank Evgheni in particular, who went out of his way to help us, during and after our trip! He is very reliable and professional, which only adds to the impression we had of the entire hotel. We definitely wish to return!

I rate based on 4 nights. A great place for a romantic vacation. Near the center. You can leave your car in the hotel parking lot and have a great walk. The rooms are cozy, good soundproofing (from the street and neighbors). The vacuum cleaner in the corridor is audible) but not significant The alarm siren is barely audible with the windows open, and not audible at all when closed. If necessary, the staff reports the alarm and you can go down to the shelter (there is an equipped room on the first floor). During our stay, there was shelling of the city, but we did not go down to the shelter On other points. The parking lot is open, in front of the hotel. There are places for guests. The bed is very high quality. There is a pillow menu, I took an orthopedic one and slept wonderfully. Upon arrival, delicious compliments await and after cleaning they left chocolate) No questions about the air conditioning system. At +37 overboard it quickly cools down. Breakfasts. Those that are included in the menu are simple. Eggs to choose from (omelette, scrambled eggs), pancakes with different fillings, porridge, cold cuts (cheese, fish, sausage). (I attach a photo). To make it more interesting, they ordered from the menu (for money) + added pancakes and cold cuts (for free). In this format - great. Personally, for me, the avocado bowl with quinoa was the most delicious.

A very beautiful hotel. Every detail has been thought of. Conveniently located. The staff was ready to help with any questions. We had a huge bathroom with a bathtub. Even though the hotel is centrally located, the street is quiet, so we slept well. Thank you very much, sincerely, Victoria and Igor (May 2025)

Cozy and beautiful hotel, we were there for a couple of days, but I wanted to stay longer. I would like to separately mention the restaurant in the hotel - delicious breakfasts, which are included in the price. If you like tasty and high-quality food, go for dinner - it's a masterpiece, there is live music on weekends.
