Shato Luxe

We booked a room with a wide bed for a day and we had an extra bed for a child. The employees are all very friendly. I especially liked the chef. When you book, order breakfast. You simply have to visit such an atmospheric place, we ordered cheesecakes, pancakes and eggs with salad and bacon. I have never eaten such delicious pancakes anywhere. The chef also treated us to her signature cookies and generally gave me positive energy for the whole day, a wonderful lady. Everywhere is clean and cozy. Quiet, convenient to stop by. The very center. The room has towels, slippers, shampoo and soap, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator. The hotel interior takes you to another era, I really liked it.

We had to wait overtime for check-in, as the room was not ready, and everything was as it should be, BUT - we had to pay 100 hryvnia for parking at the hotel, which is NOT guarded (I have never seen this before). There is no kettle or any dishes in the room, there is a refrigerator, but don't count on it. There is no door in the shower, which is why all the water flows into the toilet. The dispenser for liquid soap is empty. The shower head does not stay in the mount. There is corrosion and mold. Where 9.3 on booking comes from is not clear. I would not like to come back here

Cozy and comfortable hotel in the heart of Odessa, three minutes walk to the Opera. Quiet and very cozy courtyard at the hotel, parking available, delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff.

I highly recommend the Shato luxe hotel in Odessa! We arrived late at night and were happily welcomed, found a room for us, and were greeted nicely. Friendly staff, who are always on site and always in touch. Nice rooms, cozy, clean. There is everything you need, towels, clean linen, slippers, internet, toiletries, water in the room. Good and varied breakfasts are available, there is a kitchen where you can cook something and leave food for storage. Snacks, juices, tea, coffee are free for visitors. There are two terraces on the street where you can relax with the beautiful cats that live there. Located in the very center. If in Odessa, then only here👍🏻😍

This is probably the best hotel in Odessa I've stayed in. A small, centrally located, cozy enclosed courtyard. My booked room was overbooked, so they gave me another, higher category room at no extra charge. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts. I have the most pleasant memories. It's very noticeable that the owners and employees care about both the interior and exterior of this wonderful place. Everything is clean and tidy. Thank you!

Incredibly wonderful place. The design solutions are impressive, the atmosphere of kindness and home comfort. Convenient location, quiet center of Odessa. I recommend it if you value value for money, comfort and home hospitality.

I've stayed here more than once, and it's the kind of place I always want to come back to, and I definitely don't have the slightest desire to look for another option. Everything is just perfect. Well done.

Great location. Large room. Very uncomfortable bed, my back hurt all day. Not suitable for those taller than 185 cm. Parking is paid. 100 UAH per day. There are not many places in the parking lot, you need to take this into account.

We've stayed here several times. We loved everything. Chistenko is cozy. The staff is friendly. The entire historic center is within walking distance.
