Great stay! Good location to shops, restaurants, and some sites around Belfast. Clean room with all the basics. Relatively comfortable bed. Generally quiet (except for some children that were allowed to be very loud and running around in the hallways every day of our stay in the evenings). Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Convenient Base for Exploring Belfast We stayed at the Premier Inn Belfast Cathedral Quarter for one night as part of a wider road trip around Ireland and found it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel is very conveniently located for Belfast city centre and, during our visit, the Christmas Market at City Hall. There is no on-site parking, but several options are available within walking distance. We used the nearby Hill Street car park which, although looking a little unloved, was reasonably priced and our car was perfectly fine there for the duration of our stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, with friendly and welcoming staff completing everything within a couple of minutes. Our room was exactly what we've come to expect from Premier Inn: clean, comfortable and well presented. The bed was particularly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep after a busy day exploring Belfast. There are plenty of options for food and drink close to the hotel. We visited Pizza Punks just along the road and had a fantastic freshly made pizza – definitely worth trying if you're staying nearby. We chose to head into the city for breakfast rather than eating at the hotel, although the breakfast we saw being served looked very good. Check-out couldn't have been simpler – we dropped off the keycard and were quickly on our way to continue our road trip. Overall, we'd happily recommend the Premier Inn Belfast Cathedral Quarter as a comfortable, convenient and well-located option for exploring Belfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will certainly consider booking here again when we return to the city.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly particularly Dean on night reception. What a lovely man. Such a shame that our experience of the Bar attached to the Premierre Inn was far from positive. The attitude of the staff was appalling. They presented extremely rude, indifferent to customer relations. Along with other customers we had to walk away as we were left at the bar with no service for nearly 10 minutes. When they came to serve us they ignored us, the atmosphere was shocking, so we had no option but to leave. This however is no reflection of the staff at the Premier Inn. All staff including Dean made us feel welcome and provided great service.

Great service & rooms. Me n my best friends bday we stayed there & they had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us! Brilliant customer care/service!

Stayed there for a week during Belfast 2026 Fleadh. Amazing location but that's pretty much it. I understand it was incredibly busy but that's no excuse to do the bare minimum. Restaurant tried to avoid serving us, on the day we booked and prepaid there was no hot breakfast, waiting a refund. Rooms should really at least have a fridge and iron. This last bit is not their fault but during the festival the noise level at night was extreme.

If you want a place close to everything? This is the place! Room is clean, bed and pillow is nice, hanger and kettle for you, with a table and chair. Bathroom is clean, unfortunately the top of soap is pretty dirty and not all pump is working, what’s the good thing is that in shower there is 2 mode, normal shower or rain shower, this give it a bonus point. I’m not big fans of toilet paper isn’t come in a roll. This room do not come with a safe for personal belongings. 1 more thing…. The internet is too slow…. Prob the slowest I ever experienced for years, and I stay in hotel every week due to my job.

The hotel is fine but we booked a family room and this was the view from our window. Needed to leave bags as not leaving until late evening and told storage was full. Really bad service to not have an option to store bags.

All good. Nothing to complain about. Will stay here again.
