The Flint Hotel

An absolutely fantastic hotel with a great location.Walking distance to most attractions and some lovely restaurants.The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the local area.The hotel rooms were lovely and the added bonus of the kitchenette was very useful.I highly recommend the Flint if you are visiting Belfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Flint Hotel from 15/08/2026 to 16/08/2026 to celebrate our anniversary, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless thanks to the self-check-in system, which was a huge bonus and saved us from waiting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and I was especially impressed that they even called our room to check that everything was okay and to make sure we had everything we needed. It's a small gesture, but it really showed how much they care about their guests. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette equipped with such great appliances. The little details made all the difference, including the selection of tea and coffee, the availability of decaf options, and even fresh milk already stocked in the fridge. The location is another huge advantage. It's right in the heart of Belfast, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, while the building itself is beautiful and full of character. I genuinely loved every part of my stay. This has officially become my new favourite place to stay in Belfast, and I'll 10000% be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

The staff are so polite and helpful, the rooms are spotless and it is in a perfect location.

Spent 5 nights at the Flint Hotel which was fabulous and great city centre location only 3 min walk from City Hall. Room included air con, Kingsize bed with wall lights, small bedside table each side, little sitting area, small kitchen fully equipped with crockery, pots/pans, glasses, Fridge (nice touch of small bottle of milk inside), Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and 2 ring cooker hob, wastebin under sink which was emptied each day. Small selection of Breakfast Teabags, sugar coffee sachets and biscuit which were replenished each day. Bathroom, great shower, lovely soft towels replaced regularly and miniature shampoo, conditioner & shower gel again replace daily. All Staff were fabulous but a very special mention to Kiera who was extremely friendly and professional couldn’t do enough to help you! 🥰 Only slight negatives, room lighting is very soft not particularly bright. Hotel would benefit from having a small residents bar/lounge. Overall our stay was perfect and we look forward to staying again.

Ok room, but not 4 stars.... Simple but everything you need for a simple overnight stay in the middle of Belfast.

Very good relaxing hotel. Great studio / bedroom but Coul do with a painting or picture or two. A couple of years later (2026). Frontage of the hotel changed to incorporate Amelia bar, cafe & terrace. Low key entrance now down a lane. Rooms still remain picture less and lighting poor. Not enough lighting to read in bed. Great wee functional kitchen though. Unfortunately (and inevitably these days) no bath. 😥

Perfect hotel for your Belfast visit. Highly recommended! Just make sure to book rooms at a higher floor if you want to escape the noise from staying in the city center. Expect excellent service from the reception and cleaning team. The rooms have high-quality beds and almost a NYC loft-like feeling. Love the industrial, but comfy design of the rooms with kitchen, sitting area and bedroom in one.

Great hotel with an excellent location. 5 minutes from Grand Central Station, 20 minutes to George Best City Airport, convenience stores nearby. The room was airy and bright, the shower has nice pressure and easily set up temperature. The kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge is an amazing feature, and there’s a washing machine in the building too for shared use. All staff are so friendly and helpful, we feel so welcomed. There’s a nice bar and restaurant downstairs. We stayed on the first floor during summer - we opened the windows - and so the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the noise coming from the busy road.

While it did take us a couple minutes to find the door, tucked down an alley, once we did, we loved this place. Kira, especially, made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay at The Flint again and would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Belfast.
