Booking in with the very friendly efficient staff was a breeze. Went straight up to our glorious deluxe king room and ran a hot bath after a long day shopping and attending a festival. Might I add that I was watching a good series on tge telly and was disappointed that I'd miss it because my bath was calling me. Fear not, you can actually lie in the bath and watch telly at the same time. Climbed into a heavenly king sized bed and had the most comfortable sleep. Went to the buffett breakfast on the 1st floor where the food was pipping hot and delicious. The only complaint i have about our stay is that we had to say goodbye. Just one more night would have been incredible.

Absolutely disgusted. Out with a friend for some drinks. Popped into the hotel to say hello to a friend and ended up in the Observatory Bar for a drink. We were not staying and only ordered a couple of beers. The barman didn't realise that I noticed his snaid remarks and laughing at the fact that we only ordered a couple of lagers. Perhaps it was our casual attire that he didn't like but I have dined with royalty but it doesn't have to be suits, champagne or cocktails every time; there's no need for that kind of snobbery. Will not be visiting again.

Great location and views from my room (sky room I believe?) Room was tidy and modern. Only gripe during my stay was that there was no towels in my room but staff soon got it sorted.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the very comfortable Grand Central Hotel restaurant. The staff were all very polite and attentive. We left in good form and refreshed to go back out and enjoy the Fleadh celebrations. Will definitely be back.
