Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street) hotel

Booked for the weekend to enjoy for Fleadh and it was great location. Busy hotel but checkin was quick and simple, clean rooms and service was great, so good we've booked again for next year.

Excellent hotel and outstanding customer service! We had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Belfast City Alfred Street. We arrived very early, at around 7:30 AM, well before the normal check-in time. We had requested an early check-in for one room, which was expected to be available around 11:00 AM. However, when the staff saw that we were travelling with my mother in a wheelchair and my 4-year-old daughter, they went above and beyond and kindly gave us both rooms immediately at around 7:30 AM. This was incredibly thoughtful and made such a huge difference to us after our journey. The staff were understanding, compassionate and extremely helpful. It’s this kind of genuine care and excellent customer service that makes a hotel stand out. A big thank you to the entire team at Premier Inn Belfast City Alfred Street for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciate your kindness and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! ❤️

Our room was ok couldn,t fault it but spoke to a couple who said there's was filthy, staff are very scarce, first mornings cooked breakfast was cancelled offered continental which consists of cereal, yoghurt, was so looking forward to a cooked breakfast apparently very common occurrence no cooked food, we did receive a refund, 2nd morning cooked option was available and it was lovely no complaints. Overall dont think I would go bk to that particular premier inn public areas were quite dirty and unkempt looking.

Perfect location in the City Centre

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Bonita for providing such outstanding customer service during our stay at Alfred Street Premier Inn. She made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived, especially our little girl, which meant a lot to us. Bonita clearly takes great pride in her work and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She also gave us some fantastic suggestions for places to visit in Belfast, which really enhanced our trip. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again. Just spent 3 nights at this premier Inn , can't fault it , clean, quiet and a great location , it was especially nice to see Johnathan ( manager ) who we met a good few years ago when we stayed at the premier Inn titanic quarter , thanks for a lovely stay 👍

Have stayed many times and always had the standard Premier Inn experience of a good nights sleep! It’s well located and only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Belfast. Lots of on street parking too but be aware the traffic wardens are there 8:00 sharp!

The staff in this hotel are brilliant very friendly and helpful, they will go the extra mile to help. We had a great few days there.
