What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's location and find the rooms to be lovely and clean, with some highlighting excellent staff service and breakfast. However, a recurring complaint is the significant issues with the lifts, which are described as a nightmare with long waits, and some guests found the beds to be uncomfortable.

About this place Jurys Inn Birmingham

Jurys Inn Birmingham offers a well-positioned base for exploring Birmingham's LGBTQ+ scene. Located on Broad Street in the city centre, the hotel sits near popular attractions like Brindleyplace and the National Sea Life Centre. While it's a bit further from the Gay Village than some accommodations, it remains within easy reach of the area's venues and nightlife, making it a practical choice for gay travellers visiting the city. The hotel provides functional, no-frills accommodation with amenities including a buffet-style breakfast, an on-site restaurant, and a Costa Coffee bar. The property has recently been refurbished, offering updated facilities for guests. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, though charges do apply. If a gym is important to your stay, note that this property doesn't have one on-site, so you may want to check nearby options. Beautiful hotel from the minute you walk through the doors and the bedrooms including bathrooms are lovely BUT the bed was like sleeping on concrete and out of the 8 pillows in the bedroom not one of them was soft so unfortunately had a terrible night sleep and wouldn’t stay again because of this reason

Nice hotel! I liked it! Our rooms (mine, my Mammy's and my grandad's) were quite clean and I was impressed! Would I stay there again? Yes!

A bit disappointing to be honest, the room was lovely but getting there with the lifts was a nightmare. As we are both disabled, using the stairs was not an option but the waits we experienced were painful, especially as there is nowhere to sit whilst waiting.

What a perfect choice. Smack in the heart of entertainment central. Rooms were magnificent. Beds to die for. Will definitely recommend Leonardos

During the night, the noise from the club opposite our room was extremely loud and significantly disrupted our sleep. Long wait for the lifts to the 16th floor
