Had a lovely afternoon tea before my Spa afternoon. What a FABULOUS Package that is. It's unfortunately only available on Fridays. Afternoon Tea, Spa Access and one 60min treatment for £115. Was a wonderful way to spend my birthday. Have stayed here before too, not this time but lovely big rooms. Very handy for exploring Brum. Excellent restaurants and bars withing a 10min walk. HIGHLY Recommend
Beautiful hotel. Amazing views and staff and relaxing atmosphere throughout
I thought I’d booked a quality hotel. The view from our room was of a construction site, the carpet had holes init and the bathroom shower was not turning on. Tried calling the front desk twice, ignored twice. Reported the bathroom to reception to be told to have breakfast and they would send someone up. Didn’t happen. Told to go back to room and someone would come. Didn’t happen, only when I went down for a third time did someone show up. I would not recommend this hotel
A brilliant central location. Rooms are spacious and have views of Birmingham. Breakfast is a must. If you visit the hotel bar in the evening Naz is a must for cocktails! We have been a few times and literally he can make a wide range of cocktails or give him the freedom to make one for you just giving the flavours you like - you won't be disappointed!
Lovely building in the heart of the city center with a lovely spa, unfortunately this is the only positive thing I can say about our stay. Strong smells of cannabis eminating from within the lifts, rooms - and people openly using drugs and alcohol outside the entrance of the hotel. Also had multiple power outages in our room meaning we couldnt use the iron, hairdryer, tv or charge our phones. Despite numerous calls and visits to the front desk, the staff couldnt seem less bothered about resolving this - i will just add that the engineer who eventually came was lovely and very apologetic. The hotel did offer an upgrade to a club room on our next visit but if i want below average service, dodgy patrons and the smell of weed everywhere and pay over the top prices for it - i will just go to amsterdam. Much better places to stay in birmimgham for MUCH less. VERY dissapointing!
