Indigo Birmingham
Some visitors found the staff friendly and helpful, and enjoyed the rooms with good views. However, a significant number of guests complained about broken air conditioning and heating, leading to rooms being uncomfortably hot, with some staff allegedly being untruthful about the issue. Other recurring complaints include cleanliness issues and outdated room amenities like non-functional TVs.

Air con / heating was broken but I was not told, when I called staff said it just happened but looking at reviews it’s been like this for over a month so they are lying. tv didn’t work had one app on it but didn’t work, no room service available and no water in the room. 28 weeks pregnant and I feel like it was a lot of money for a pretend “executive” room. Will not be back and will not be recommending this hotel. Staff tried to help but nothing they can do everything is broken and out of their control. Hotel has gone down hill.
Rooms were filthy, staff didn't care
Do not book this hotel in summer! The rooms are saunas. The aircon does not work. They will provide fans but they are useless. No windows. Deco needs updating esp bathrooms.
Rooms a good size, uncomfortable bed and pillows and low droning all night!
Room is crazy hot, heating on, no windows that open, air con broken, reception lying about it just happening as colleagues stayed previous night as said it was the same. Worst hotel, do not stay here
very nice stay in the hotel with an amazing sunset and sunrise in their big window. We enjoy it so much. The A/C was not on during the stay but there is 2 fan in the room. The warm shower was not warm during the night but warm enougj during the day. There are toiletries, iron, iron board, TV and kettle in the room.
