As for June there is no working gym - still under refurbishment but no info on web. Second stay and always something needs to be fixed. This time AC is not working in the hotel. Fans provided only. Tropical experience without expensive trip to Asia or Amazonia. Last time there was no hot water for 1 day. This hotel will suprise you always. Breakfast are only positive thing. Should be 3 star hotel not 4.

Wow! Every time we come here (where regulars) everything is always that extra special for us. I feel raddison blue and the staff really appreciate theyre clients, theyre so friendly helpful and overall just lovely and professional people. Everything from the moment i step into the hotel the receptionist i think she was called Elle (saturday 13th june 6pm) she was soo lovely and helpful and She is a credit to the team like the rest of the staff. She gave us a complementary drink voucher each which was lovely. Our room was ready as we had online check in and they always have fans in the room for me and my wife even tho there is air con(we love the fan noise lol) lovely rooms also with amazing city views.where here all weekend and cant wait for more stays. Kind Regards Mrs Kelly and Selina Saleem

Location okay for station and Bull ring but a good 20 minutes walk to the Arena or ICC. Rooms okay but not the best Radisson do a little disappointing. AC not working and a generator was noisy all through the night. Restaurant was poor not open in the evening and breakfast was a free for all and not that great

I was on a business trip in Birmingham. I checked in on June 1st and left on June 5th. The air conditioning broke down the very next day; the entire floor's air conditioning was out of order. They only provided one fan, and it didn't improve the situation for two days. There was no compensation offered, and the room was stuffy because I couldn't open the window. There were no emergency measures to improve the situation, and I was sweating profusely while sleeping at night. Also, the taps and sink were scalding hot water on both sides. It was truly a terrible hotel.

A good choice, high cost-performance ratio
